Delivery return advice

I paid $9.99 to buy the warranty for a PowerBank, that I used to charge my android phone, that broke. Cellhelmet shipped me a cheap powerbank that couldn't have cost more than $9.99 to make. The replacement is for an iPhone.

THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL. If there was a lower rating i would do it I had broke the glass on my cell phone took it in to I break you fix they were awesome they put on a new glass but they didn't have a regular screen protector the recommendation was try sell helmet if anything happens they'll replace your glass did it so they mentioned something about taking a picture of the phone and I tried to do this but I'm an older woman and not very computer literate so now I've broke my phone I have my original receipts I went out to file a claim and was denied I have my original receipts this company sucks

I wish we could get a replacement in store instead of the current process.

Had a charging block with a short and is under cell helmet lifetime guarantee. Went to US Cellular and they filed the claim for the replacement immediately only paying for the shipping charges. Got immediate notification the product was being shipped by cell helmet. Couldn’t be more pleased since this product lasted almost 7 years.

After being confused for a day someone very nicely understood what I was looking for and what I was asking and they sent me the appropriate link

First one cracked with in 2 months of having it. phone was not dropped has the strongest otter box on Did not have anything dropped on it 10$ to replace I had the 2 and one put on by the store staff to make sure it was put on correctly. With a few days it was already coming off my phone. Product not preforming up to my expectations. And cost of replacement ie free ie. 10$
