Very quick and easy.

I purchased the 6 foot cable with lightening adapter (for use with apple play in a Subaru crosstrek) from our wireless provider. When it failed, the point of purchase wouldn’t help me but referred me to the warranty replacement program through cell helmet. I was able to replace the $30 cable for just $10. Cellhelmet customer service was helpful.

I uploaded the sales receipt from the glass protector and got the replacement. Easy and fast

Aaron replied promptly to my query re: whether or not I should open the replacement tempered glass I ordered. The picture on the package didn't match the description of the product and I was concerned if I opened the pkg could it be returned if not the correct one.

I am amazed at how wonderful the customer service I received was. I had accidentally ordered the wrong case and promptly contacted customer service. They made sure to cancel my order and I was able to order the correct case. It was all done through email and the response time was so quick and they were so helpful.

I was helped and it was fast.

They stand by their products and follow through on screen replacement if you do end up with any cracks. They are a stand-up company.

Cellhelmet is the best screen protector on the market. I been using CH for years now and I broke my screen 3X and each time CH PAID $300 towards the repair. Not to mention I love the feel of real glass on my phone VS a plastic screen protector. Not one scratch on my screen. 10 stars.

The ease of processing
