CellHelmet did NOT honor their warranty. My phone screen cracked 6 months after applying the liquid glass, and the repair was $290. They refused to reimburse me because when I submitted the required registration, I uploaded a picture of my phone incorrectly. The registration went through when I first submitted it, so I assumed everything was ok. But when I tried to file a claim, only then did they notify me that my registration photo was invalid and therefore they were unable to process my claim. When I asked if I could correct my registration, they refused. But then why would they not notify me at the time of registration that my photo was incorrect? I work in IT and it is really not that hard to write an algorithm that flags incorrect registrations at the time of submission. The fact that they can't notify you during the registration process about such obvious errors as incorrect pictures tells me that they are proactively looking for ways to get out of paying a claim. Almost $ 370 ( glass + repair) wasted. And why does Ubreakifix continue to recommend this product despite its terrible reviews, non-payment of claims, and abysmal customer service? (Many others have complained about the same issue of CellHelmet not honoring the warranty). Anyway, I wish I had done more research before I bought it. What an awful experience all the way around.
