I dropped my phone today and it landed glass side down. I always purchase the glass protector, but probably because of the cold, snow, and ice on the side walk, the tempered glass protector cracked. I noticed that on the packaging it lists that it has a lifetime warranty so I reached out to see what that means. For $10.00 I will have a replacement protector for my phone. In the meantime, I discovered that the glass screen on the phone underneath is unharmed! Bonus and Score! Thank you very much. Great product!

Purchased a cellhelmet liquid protection for my Samsung s21 Ultra. Screen broke and I went to purchase another screen protector from cellhelmet and my initial claim was rejected even though I purchased the more expensive $300 liquid protection. Which if it breaks again they probably will not honor it anyway. Save your money, do not buy.

They fix what was wrong and made me extremely happy.

Company will not honor warranty if you do not register your warranty within 30 days. Turns out that if you register your product on the day of purchase, it voids the warranty as well. Purchased an 80.00 product with a "300.00 screen replacement guarantee" and got ZERO VALUE in return. I registered on the app as well. If you were dealing with a legitimate company, they would not allow it to be registered in a way that would void the warranty. Furthermore, I have yet to find A SINGLE REVIEW that states that they paid for screen replacement. Turns out in their terms of service that they can deny any claim that they want to. Seems like false advertising to me. Seems like a class action type of business practice to me. Very disappointed. UPDATE: The reply states that the app will not allow you register on the same day of purchase, however the claim was denied BECAUSE the product was registered on the same day. The app does allow it!!! As was stated before, these people are frauds. It just happens that they were caught in their lie this time. I have dropped my phone a ridiculous amount of times and not sure why I have such bad luck now! The cellhelmet tempered glass protection has protected my phone. It did eventually crack but customer service is beyond wonderful and so quick. New cover on its way already I won’t use anything else. Happy to write a review and get the word out. You won’t be disappointed.

I would like to say that I have never had such incredible customer support like the gentleman that helped me. I was having difficulty registering my product and not only did he reach out to me and called me; he also sent me an email and walked me through the process. I told him that he could give classes on businesses giving great customer service because it’s rare these days to find someone that wants to be helpful. I would rate him 100 out of 5 if I could. Yeah, really, just save your money and go with a better brand. Customer service tries, but lacks the human empathy trait and the sense to see that the product was applied 24 hours before registering, but my card was swiped the day after the repairs were done, thus, I guess voids the "warranty". Even though it clearly states, "may void warranty" simply means they have the means to be compassionate and understanding, However, they lack that. I guess with most companies anything to keep a buck right? Told you I'd keep up my original review but, my human empathetic and human understanding have in to change it. So you see, that's how it works in life. This company has not and is not willing to take care of their warranty. You do you, but warning, read the fine print, they'll do anything to get out of it.

I purchased cellhemlmet liquid glass pro+ for my phone. When the screen broke, I reached out to them multiple time with no communication, come to find out you have to email your claim in (almost impossible to get an actual human on the phone). After 2 weeks I finally received an email backing saying the $100 dollar purchase of liquid glass pro+ was expired. Long story short this product is garbage, and you should really just pay for phone insurance which is by far superior to this SCAM!

I had purchased a liquid glass protection last year around this time under the impression that it was a lifetime warranty. Not to go into all the details I had to replace my device thinking the liquid glass would carry over to the new device which it doesn't after explaining my situation the company gave me a coupon for 50% off towards a new liquid glass.
