Works great, just wish there was more per vial so that you can be sure to cover all the glass evenly. Otherwise you apply it and can't really tell until it starts to dry if you got it coated evenly, and if not be able to apply to areas not hit properly.

I was on hold for almost 30 minutes and I finally gave up. I decided to call another time. If the same occurs a second time, I will CANCEL my account altogether!!

PURCHASED TWICE. SCREWED TWICE. (Insert middle finger) My first purchase of the product was at a repair store; I purposely paid extra for the "Screen Repair Guarantee" and to have it professionally applied. I was not told that I needed to register my purchase. When I went to make a claim a few months later (because the product does not hold up as advertised) I was denied because I did not do their mystery registration; ALL OF MY RECEIPTS FROM THE PROFESSIONAL STORE AND APPLICATION DID NOT MATTER. So okay I played their stupid game and bought another kit with $300 coverage they gave me a discount on (NOT WORTH IT). When I received the kit and tried to register it said my device was ineligible after several attempts I conceded. A couple weeks later my screen was cracked and I needed to purchase a new device. I received the new device excited I can actually apply the hardener and get the coverage I PAID FOR (twice over now). NOPE DENIED! My PIN was no longer valid. Who runs this company, Charles Ponzi!? Their reply below further shows they care not, just trying to pass blame and they are just greedy.
