I chatted with Eli. He was quite helpful in the problem I had. I accidentally requested and received the wrong phone charger cables when I put in a claim. He saw the original receipt and automatically put the new order in to send the correct cables to me. And I didn’t have to worry about sending the incorrect cables back. In a world full of so many problems, issues and headaches… Eli made this easy.

My new cell helmet was ordered on 2/17/2023 as I purchased a new phone that same day. I received the helmet in the mail on 2/23/2023. I visited my USCELLULAR store yesterday, Sunday, 2/26 to have the helmet put on my phone. This is not an issue with cell helmet, but I want you to be aware that sometimes there’s a “hiccup” when installing: It has 3 spots which look like air bubbles that the employee could not get out. 2 are at the very top of the screen & are hardly noticeable. The 3rd is on the bottom left corner. It is bigger, but is not interfering with what I see. You sent the product in a timely manner. It arrived undamaged. All is well on your end. Thank you.

Screen protector cracked - filed claim quick and easy.

I purchased a USB cord from a local Verizon store in my neighborhood. After using it for about three weeks it broke. Instead of simply giving me a new USB cord, I was told I would have to contact the vendor Cellhelmet. They were quick to respond and after looking at pictures of the damaged USB cord and my receipt they agreed to send me a new one and waived the shipping charges. Excellent customer service!
