Seem to be quite organized and on top of things.
These aligners damaged my teeth and I have been told I cannot receive a refund regardless of this negative experience. DO NOT USE THESE ALIGNERS. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY MONEY.
The customer service was great until I paid for my aligners. Once I made a payment, I no longer received excellent customer service. The text number went unanswered for days (typical response time was 1 week). The phone number on the byte website went unanswered (even during office hours). The chat bot also went unanswered. I would receive emails that were no relevant to the stage of initial profile/treatment I was one. When I asked customer service about the emails, my questions went unanswered. It has been 2 Months and I have yet to receive my aligners.
I appreciated the associate, Gabe, is has been helping me via text. He is always available and helpful. I appreciated him scheduling the pickup from my house. It was extremely convenient!!
The app was easy to navigate.
The instructions was simple and they provide guidance through the process.
We only received aligners
So far, not a great experience. I was double billed for the impressions and now UPS sent and email they picked up the impressions and they are still sitting in my mailbox. So I'm a little concerned to move forward.
Customer service was great at first! As soon as I requested a modification to my aligners, I had no response. Almost as if I annoyed her as she was pushing to finalize my plan. I had to be the one reaching out, and get very dry reply. Once I approved the plan, I didnt get a call back or reply either. Other than that, I’ve had no issues so far.
over the yrs they have truly excelled in all aspects of this whole journey from purchasing to the diff types of accessories n products ill recommend them to anyone who wants a boost in their confidence n becoming someone who really sparkles.
The whole process was made simple from ordering to creating. Step by step instructions was amazing. Never felt more confident in getting my teeth/confidence back!
I am looking forward to having my teeth straight, but the constant emails and texts and setting up a pickup from the post office without my knowledge is entirely too much. I have asked that it stop and it still continues. Please, change this!
The process was so quick and easy. Everything went smoothly. Prices seem fair for what all you get in addition to the liners. They arrive Thursday and I can’t wait!
I didn't know before hand that I had 3 days to mail it back. I would have waited to purchase because I'm headed out of the country.
