This has honestly been a poor experience and feels like I wasted a ton of money. I wish I would have paid the little extra to do Invisalign with an in person dentist than to try to navigate this process. There is no consistency on who reviews your progress, so you may get conflicting information and direction like I did. This may also lead you to outgrow your aligner warranty (convenient) which requires you to pay even more money if you need to get aligners replaced because they break after being instructed to wear them WELL past what you’re supposed to for a single aligner. Finally get byte to place your retainer order after months of begging them?? Lol how about the package never shows up with the final upper aligners and now is going to take another 3-4 weeks to be made and shipped because of an error on their end with the processing of the order (I have the order confirmation email too). Feels odd this all starts happening near the tail end of my treatment after my warranty runs out but I could pay more money to address the concerns. Save yourself the hassle and work directly with your dentist.

When you first start customer service is very responsive and helpful but as soon as something comes up and it doesn’t involve you paying them you can’t reach them. They have been off the radar full radio silence for two days re a refund. Responded to where you just told me to respond and that lead to nothing. All I get are automated dead ends after paying you $2000 upfront. You are a terrible company who does not care about your customers. I have zero trust in this company and your response on here has been the first contact you have had with me. You should be ashamed of yourself. You told me I need an official letter from my dentist if I want to cancel my order and then you ghosted me again. Send me the order or cancel it. Stop with holding it and not responding.

Worst support I’ve ever experienced with any company. If you don’t want to talk to robots all day, and wait months for your aligners to arrive do not order from this company. Been over 3 months and still haven’t received my aligners. Now I’m more nervous that ever to even see if they work. They left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. Go somewhere else if you’re used to actual human providing service.

When I first started the process I was contacted multiple times to finish the process in a timely manner. But when I had questions I reached out multiples times and received no answer and to this day still have no received an answer. Now finally my retainers were shipped but they were shipped to the wrong person.

The process to get started was amazing and communication was fantastic but it went a little off track about 1 month into treatment. I have a visual disability and the app is not accessible with screen readers so I wasn’t able to track my progress. I requested tech support via phone/email regarding the app but was always told “sorry” and the issues were never resolved. It would also be helpful to correspond with the same clinical staff member instead of a different person each time. All that said, I am extremely pleased with my results and will be receiving my retainer’s soon. The only feedback would be to make sure everything is accessible to all no matter their ability.

Communication was on point and comfort with the entire beginning of doing molds also shipping wasn't as hard honestly following all steps given was so simple 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I'm giving one star because the start up was simple and straightforward. Very friendly service. Multiple txt before I ordered and most questions answered. Mid way through treatment and aligners did fit proper. Never got my questions answered then. It was trial and error movingforwardon my own. I do not recommend them.

I did my impression kit and you can clearly see my bottom teeth are the problem area. I’m being sent top aligners and not bottom aligners. No one from the support team is helping me.

Not truthfully upfront about additional charges, night time vs daytime aligners, retainers, called texted multiple times a day BEFORE I bought them having an issue now and CRICKETS no response. They also had my husband apply for their credit card, charged him then told him he wasn’t a candidate Same thing CRICKETS can’t get the over $2000 charge removed. BUYER BEWARE!! Fraud

The process was very easy. The impression kits had clear instructions and were delivered quickly. There were many updates sent while making my aligners and when shipped/delivered. The app is very user friendly. I was really impressed how well the aligners fit when they came in the mail. I’ve had aligners done through my dentist several years ago and they didn’t start out this good. My kit came with everything I needed and had a lot of bonus items as well. Very impressed with the entire process and quality of items.

*August 25-I’m happy with the product, and it’s been better than expected. My frustration now is with support when issues arise. I’m locked out of recording my hyperbyte. I can’t keep emails and chats straight, and the chat links don’t help - access denied. Despite the frustrations I’m keeping focused on the end result. *August 18-I have been getting emails for weeks but still don’t have my BYTEs.

Very poor communication. Extremely slow to respond. It took multiple months to get my product shipped - all while they were happy to take my money and refused to give any refunds or discounts for the problems. Buyer we warned.

Camrey was absolutely amazing to deal with! She was so kind and helpful and the entire process has been smooth and fast so far! After being told my son needed 4 years of metal braces, we came to Byte for a 2nd opinion. So glad we did! His Byte team created an amazing plan which suits my son’s lifestyle so much better than braces for 1/3 of the cost! We’ve already dealt with 2 rounds of metal braces and 4 orthodontists- not fun, not cheap, and we were not treated nicely. Byte has been so much better to deal with so far! We’re looking forward to positive results!
