Everyone has been so kind and helpful! Most companies I’ve been involved with never listened to me, answered my questions or made me feel heard! Byte has been doing an amazing job with customer service and making this experience easy… I appreciate everything byte has done for me:)

My personal experience with Byte so far has been exceptional. I am so relieved I do not have to take off of work to go to the dentist in order to pay countless fees for what I know they will offer me. Byte is convenient as straightening your teeth should be. No hassle...100% worth it

Good so far, however, waaaaaaaaaay too many emails and texts…it’s excessive and could be a deterrent for those of us with commitment issues

The impression kit was sent quickly. It was easy to use and the person helping/texting me is quick to respond or check up on me. I enjoy not having to go to an ortho office. Byte is so convenient and great customer service!

Wasn’t satisfied with my 3d scan of my results after my aligners were to be finished. I chose Byte to fix the one gap I had in my front teeth. The aligners show me to have 2 separate gaps. I reached out hoping this could be corrected before the aligners were made but suddenly I wasn’t able to get a response from anyone I contacted via email, text, chat support.

You guys never ended up getting me my retainer. I gave up waiting , not at all happy. Since then my teeth went right back to where they were before and became loose. Very bad Experience!!!!

Shipped mold kit quickly and instructions are well written plus there’s a video you can watch to help with the process. Shipping also a breeze. Now just waiting to find out what the lab has to say.

Well I ordered my aligners August 5th, they didn't not come on schedule, after 7 weeks of not hearing anything from byte, and multiple times reaching out with no response, I finally made a claim with the better business bureau, I finally received a response. It shouldn't be that hard to get ahold of you guys.
