Very easy and simple
I ordered the day time aligners, the ones that need to be worn 22 hrs and they processed my order to the night time alignments. Also I didn’t know I was going to be paying for so much extra stuff I was under the impression that that stuff was complimentary. Didn’t get a run done of my order just the total amount to pay for and that’s it. Everything else was fine.
Easy to do liked the reminders
Ordering the impression kit is very easy. The kit came fast and was very easy to use with clear instructions.
It’s actually been pretty awful overall. I’m still waiting for documents and I’ve asked multiple times.
Received the impression box promptly. All as advertised.
The customer service was good but the payment method was ridiculous. They keep putting a hold on my card and I’m bout to just tell them to keep the damn money. They won’t let u use ur debit card and I would like to give my payments when i get paid. I’m kinda wishing I just went with Invisalign.
Great follow up
Ordering was easy, but the minimum required age to use and be approved to use should be somewhere on the ordering page. I ordered this product a didn’t find out that the minimum age was 12, when I had already taken and sent back impressions. It was a was of my time and money.
The customer service was great, they are very nice and always attentive.
Fast easy service
For a period of time, I was getting no response or update on my order that I had paid for back in July. I was on the point of filing a formal complaint but decided to just reach out to every phone and email I had with Byte before doing so and eventually someone followed up and pushed my order forward in the process.
My order shows my order shipping to the wrong address. I’ve reached out to try and correct this error but no response thus far. It feels overwhelmingly difficult to get help!

My experience has been great so far. I personally thought I was too old for traditional braces and absolutely hated my smile. I was able to get financing very easily for all of my things needs for my all day wear. Will be getting these for my son.
