The package came on time. Communication was helpful in making impressions and being able to follow the process of returning them. Have the post office pick up the package was a plus.

Byte has been the worst investment of my time, money, and energy. After over two years and three failed rounds of treatment, I can confidently say this company does not deliver on its promises. I’ve spent thousands of dollars trying to straighten my teeth, only to be met with the same unresolved issue after each treatment round. The worst part? Not once was I allowed to speak directly to a real dentist during the entire process, despite countless emails and requests for actual professional input. Their approach is nothing but a one-size-fits-all method, lacking any personalized care or accountability. Even my own dentist told me Byte sets unrealistic expectations for results, and now I fully understand why. Instead of addressing the core problem or offering a real solution, Byte kept dragging me along with the same ineffective treatments, telling me to "keep going" until I finished – even though their approach failed three times. The entire experience has been a nightmare of broken promises and endless frustration. After 2+ years, I have nothing to show for my time, money, or effort. This company does not care about your results, only about keeping you locked into treatments that don't work. Byte is more focused on taking your money than delivering real results. Do yourself a favor and avoid Byte at all costs. Go to a reputable orthodontist who actually cares about your dental health – you’ll save time, money, and frustration.

The excitement and quick delivery
I've had such a great and flawless experience so far with Byte. I love how consistent and prompt the byte advisor is with keeping updated with the whole process. Receiving text messages with reminders and links are so helpful. I don't have to call and be placed on hold with different prompts. I can simply sent a text message and get a reply right away.
Communication was fantastic. Had emails and phone call to inform and explain how everything would work. Received package with supplies in a timely manner. The only negative was that the top tray didn't fit. I decided not to move on with Byte due to financial reasons.
Aligners are great! I’m really starting to see the progress as I move into the last few weeks. My only concern would be that the check-ins seem to have no real feedback. You just send pics and that’s it. Would be nice if I got some sort of response confirming my progress or comments about concerns if there should be any.

They are very patient they explain very clearly so that you do not make mistakes and they are communicative and they are attentive to the videos very clear and consistent, so as not to make mistakes very satisfied with the personal team of Byte I pay whatever for the treatment of me.
I have yet to receive but I will keep updating as I go through the processing I think this is going to be a life changer !☺️
Terrible customer service. Not helpful at all.
They were great at first. About tray 5 starting having headaches, severe jaw pain and increased BP. I was actually able to talk with someone. They recommend I let my retainers sit in warm water for about 30 secs and stop the electronic mouth piece. I did both of these. Finally had to move on from tray five because the fives caused too much pain. Continued on with same thing happening again. Finally reached to tray 9 and my teeth were not getting any straighter. Only had 12 trays for the top. Keep in mind I only wanted my two front teeth straightened. I have not been able to talk with anyone. My byte app has remained on continue to wear your retainers since tray 5. I have worn my retainers as directed. Finally gave up. Very disappointed and a true waste of time and money. I do not recommend this for anyone. I would be nice to get my money back so that I can go to an orthodontist and get my teeth straight. Overall, I don’t think the retainers fit properly and that is why I had a lot of pain and discomfort.
Customer service always here to help. Everything is working according to the plan! I’m satisfied
There isn't much assistance on keeping track of your progress. If you get lost, they can't tell you which tray you should be on for some reason (I thought the trays were arranged to be worn at certain times, but apparently they don't have that information available if you didn't keep track yourself). They don't send you all the trays you need because they want to check your progress before they send the last few. I have been waiting on my new trays for over a week now. UPS shows that they created a shipping label but didn't hand it to UPS. They sent me a marketing email this afternoon but they still haven't gotten back to me about the support request.
It was an expensive process to have such little follow up. It’s been 4 years later and I am getting all sorts of communication way too late. I think the customer service can continue to improve.
As a visual learner, the "how to" video's were particularly helpful. The kit was very well presented and of high quality. The mailing process was efficient, and the return mail packet being included and the pick-up already arranged was excellent.
