I cancelled this order within the hour of ordering. Explaining…my husband already ordered this for me. You sent it anyway stating no refunds what kind of business do this? Customer service is low. PLEASE TAKE US OFF ALL CONTACT INFORMATION REGARDING MAILING LIST! Take off mailing list effective immediately!

The woman I spoke you was very understanding of my financial situation and patiently waited for when I had the money to start the process.
I have potential to change my rating. The treatment will not completely close my gap which is what I purchased the liners for anyway. I did not know this information until I already paid in full. When I asked they reviewed and just said we had to go with what we have but my satisfaction is guaranteed and they could potentially keep working on the problem. We shall see.
They are always checking on you and reminding you of the next step.

Having a real representative stay in touch with you the entire time. Walking you through everything step by step. Literally don’t have to worry about anything. If I had questions all I had to do was message them! They replied very fast almost every single time!

Well, their experience of ordering my science retainer was very Easy to get done and that the fact that my son could do his own prints at home was very convenient. So now we just waiting on the retainers to see how it goes
