Fabulous customer care/service/support is extremely important. It is always promised, but definitely not always delivered. I don’t know if I just lucked out, but I’ve received nothing but the most amazing customer support from the Byte advisor who has been assigned to my case. Before my kit even arrived, he, along with other members of the Byte team, were all in touch to ensure a positive & comfortable experience. My advisor has proven to be very knowledgeable, has gone above & beyond, & is nothing short of fabulous! My kit arrived extremely quickly, all of the required components are easy to set up & ready to begin, & the provided instructions are super thorough yet easy to understand. I couldn’t be happier with the ease in which it has taken to complete all of the necessary steps from start to finish. What’s even more impressive & comforting is that my advisor has remained in contact every step of the way. I know that any questions/concerns/ comments that I may have, or help that I may need, he’s just a text/email away. Byte has thought of everything to make sure that your experience is as seamless as possible. With my advisor on standby, I’m confident in this process. I have just sent my kit back & so far, I’m extremely impressed. Admittedly I was a true skeptic at first about the whole “at home/DIY” process, but Byte has reassured & rid my doubt's on every level when it comes to trusting their process. This really is a great alternative to traditional braces. Deciding between Invisalign or Byte was a challenge but, as of now, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I have no complaints at this point & would highly recommend for anyone to give Byte a try.

I thought I had the Byte Protection included when my order processed through Affirm but it was not. When I went to add it later Affirm will not allow me to use their services to pay for it.

You ran my care credit without my permission. You took/stole my ss number from when you were checking my insurance and charged me before I decided if I was going forward with the plan.

I was literally scammed out of $2500. Every single time I try to talk to a person I get a text back saying they’re busy. If I knew how to return these I would. I haven’t put any of the retainers in my mouth because I’m hoping some show I can mail these things that I do not want BACK.
