I ordered my impression kit, it was delivered in under 4 business days. The kit came with video instructions, and I was provided a representative I could text and ask questions. The instructions for using the kit was very easy to follow as well as the how to videos. After doing my impressions, I put them all back in the provided box, and in the provided USPS envelope. Put them in my mailbox for a scheduled pickup that Byte had set up. I am very excited to hear back from them, and receive my trays.

Very poor customer service. Responses were slow, unclear and often my questions just went unanswered. I asked to talk to somebody on the phone about the expected progress and in the end, the customer service rep just ghosted me. The aligners just arrived. I hope they are better than the service.

My daughter is a dental assistant and was very impressed by the materials that were sent to do the impressions of my teeth. Very easy to use and send back.

So far everything has been a great experience for my son. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. My son has just started his journey and he is excited to see the results.

I started Byte because they seemed more affordable than Invisalign. So I gave it a shot but a bit nervous to start the payment plan because they did not accept my insurance and I knew it was going to be a pull on my credit since I am currently building it back up. But my btye advisor was so patient in helping me understand the payment plan that I felt confident in investing in myself so my teeth have been shifting the past few years. Plus they were able to find a payment plan that works with my finances so I was very happy on that. I am actually looking forward to get my aligners and feeling my confident in my smile. Lastly my advisor was the best service and I looking forward to working with him further till my treatment is over.

I absolutely love my results. In a matter of weeks, I seen results now it’s been about two months and my gap is completely closed up. I already recommended some of my friends .

I asked for a refund and cancelation less than an hour after purchase because of my insurance and there has been no cancelation and the money hasn’t been refunded.

I sent my package to the wrong address I tried to change or cancel the order I tried to speak to customer service no one answered the virtual chat was no help so it was a waste of my $30 cause I won’t be able to use it
