I submitted my impressions and payment but have yet to receive any aligners 60 days later. Having to submit full payment before receiving anything should have been a major red flag but the reviews seemed mostly positive and the impression kit seemed very professional. So disappointed.

Buyer beware! Full on bait and switch. After I had paid for the recommended treatment plan I was told they could not actually do my bottom aligners. Not thrilled!

I have JUST sent back my impression kit, so I cannot speak for the rest of the treatment experience. However, Byte makes it super simple to do yourself. Nothing was confusing at all. Any questions you have, they make sure to be there to answer them. Jeanelle has walked me through the first few steps of this treatment beautifully and has kept me updated with my impression kit process. i highly recommend it based on the experience thus far.

Prompt responses. Advisor was able to put a rush on the delivery and my aligners arrived sooner! Also, I like all of the follow up emails that provided me with helpful information to prepare to learn how to use the aligners and follow guidelines for treatment.

This a supposed to be a BBB accredited company providing dental aligners at discount prices. However, after providing my insurance information and getting a quote, they waited until I paid for and completed the dental impressions-then refused to honor their initial quote, inflating it by 30%. They leave you on hold for 30-45 minutes at a time when you call, then disconnect. A supervisor finally spoke to me after weeks of waiting, Brandon Allen. He explained Byte sent me an incorrect quote, but that they would take responsibility for that and honor their initial price. He then refused to reply after that for weeks, and the reps keep trying to lie and say my insurance changed (I spoke with insurer- it did not.) Just very shady, irresponsible behavior, especially for a company that's supposed to be providing a health care service. Maybe think twice. UPDATE 10/29/24: After formally complaining through the BBB, Byte miraculously reached out to me via email stating they would now honor their price quote. However, when I logged in to check out- they removed my insurance coverage altogether, they did NOT update the checkout amount to the original quote, and they greyed out the pay button! Just playing games to try to close out the BBB complaint- and I did NOT accept their “reply.” Run, don’t walk, away from this company. They are shady and untrustworthy and participating in bait and switch pricing scams.

What a fantastic alternative to braces. I just started my “change” journey but the entire process so far has been smooth and professional. They have been very responsive to all of my questions and concerns!

Made my experience easy to understand as well as provided options. One thing that would have made te experience a bit better is to actually be able to speak with a live person vs email only communication

The whole fitting process was seamless and easy to follow. After I purchased, customer service was super helpful. I just received my aligners and everything was packaged beautifully. I've been using them for 3 days now and it's all very easy. The app is helpful too!
