Byte is horrible. They give conflicting information and leave you confused. Their customer service is a joke. Forget trying to get someone on the phone, they refuse to actually SPEAK to you, only email and text. They must have bots or individuals from overseas running the office because there's no one to talk to. I've had issues with my plan from the beginning. I've expressed these concerns FROM the beginning and I have all of the emails because no one will TALK ON THE PHONE. Here I am 3 years later and am still not happy with my progress and their practical response is- "You're voided, give us more money, we'll fix it for you". WOW! Byte me!

No one will contact me about my bottom teeth alignment that I emailed about last week!
I was told I would get a whitening kit. Never got it. Someone reached out about it after I asked but sent me a code that doesn’t work. I can’t even message back to get a proper code.
I decided not to go with Byte because I found it odd that my phone and email were suddenly bombarded with messages, urging me to do the impressions kit and hurry up and send it back. Seems like the main focus at Byte is to get me into a contract asap. Also, I read the reviews of your company and company practices, and I would rather go with someone who has better ratings.
So far, I’ve had a really good experience with Byte. I received my kit yesterday, made my impressions and took my photos last night, dropped it off in the mail box & no sooner did I do that, I had gotten a text message from a rep making sure I had. Those little reminders may be annoying to some, but I’m a very busy mom, so I appreciate it. I’m looking forward to working with Byte, and having the smile I want. I’m just hoping that Byte is willing to help out with my monthly payments :)
I just wanted to let you know that because I used Byte aligners, I now have damage to my teeth, pain, my alignment, and I will need to get traditional braces to prevent further damage.
Do not waste your time or money on this company. They reply to your emails and texts within seconds at first, before you pay for treatment. There are many deals, promotions, discounts, and great customer service during that time. Once you start treatment and have an issue, it's silent. First, I was told my case was too complex. However, they made me open a CareCredit account before determining whether my case was complex or not, which doesn’t make sense. When I agreed to the second opinion, I was never given any feedback on what it was. Instead, they just approved the treatment and shipped my item without communicating anything to me first. What’s even more concerning is that my case was approved on a Friday, and the following Monday, I emailed them asking to cancel my treatment. I was told shipping takes 3-5 weeks, so I thought my cancellation would be processed in time. However, after I asked for the cancellation, I noticed that the issue was dragged on. Unlike the prompt responses I had received earlier, suddenly communication slowed down. Then, I received an email saying the item had shipped, even though it wasn’t supposed to for weeks. It seems suspicious that shipping was expedited only after I requested a cancellation, just so they could tell me I couldn’t cancel once it had shipped. It feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid honoring my request.
Received the impressions kit quickly. Making the impressions was easy with the provided instructions and video. It was a fast turnaround to hear back from my Byte advisor who was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I spoke with him on the phone, he answered all of my questions and helped me choose the best plan for me. I received my aligners a lot sooner than expected. Just finished night #2. There's a little discomfort when putting them in and removing them, which is to be expected, but it subsides fairly quickly. The app is very helpful, too. Excited to see the end result!

The entire process, from bite impression to insurance coverage questions, and receiving my aligners was well organized. Easy to follow. I felt like a VIP with my own dedicated concierge to help me with questions along the way. Bo was an expert guiding me along this process. The entire experience was great!
