My earrings are perfect and exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be a repeat customer and will reach out to Brian for future purchases.

It's important for customer to have a responsive and quick staff in the store mainly because it eases the process of acquiring what the customer wants, that's why once I applied to this company when I needed jewelry for my beloved wife. I believe that customer support always is in fron of the company, because when customers come in, they evaluate the relation of the staff to them, in order to assess the whole company. I'm really glad that I was lucky to choose jewelry which I wanted and everything due to the staff of this store.

I always bought from this store whenever we had a special occasion because I wanted to give my special someone who was celebrating a special gift, and as usual this store always amazed me with their product. Upgraded my wife's ring and everything went smooth. There were a few steps that needed to be done but anytime I had a question I would call in and talk to Jamie and she would walk me through each step. Would do it again without thinking. Great company.

Got my engagement ring, the quality and the make of the ring is absolutely beautiful, I couldn’t stop looking at it. I am a return customer, fully trust BGD. The reason I only give a 4 star because there was some communication problems, initially I was told the ring will take 3 weeks to make follow by postage. However the CAD took more than 2 weeks to come through my email, I immediately responded. Then a week or 2 later I emailed for an update, and my first email was ignored and second email I was bluntly told it needs minimal another 2 weeks to make the ring. Then 2 weeks later I had to email again for another update. We were not in a hurry to receive the ring, we were not upset the ring took double the time, but we were just hoping to get more prompt responses, so we could at least have an idea on what’s going on. Also, I was really hoping to purchase Black range in the cushion shape, the whole inventory only has 1 diamond that meets my selection for me to choose from, so I ended up picking from a Select range. BG select cushion is still very beautiful, upon those little complains I would still purchase from BGD.
