I am simply blown away with how beautiful the ring was I ordered from Brian Gavin. The entire process was so easy and their team was so helpful matching a centre stone to the ring to ensure it looked great. Shipping was also very fast (Although the FedEx driver simply left it on my porch but that's a Fed Ex issue!). I couldn't be happier and wholeheartedly recommend them!!!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Now, hopefully she says "yes"!

Brian Gavin has excellent merchandise and specializes in high quality, ideal cut round diamonds lead by the industry leader in cutting Brian Gavin. The employees are very helpful and will help you any way they can! I have never had a bad experience dealing with them. My only wish is that they had a 30 minute inspection period as well as free shipping/free returns (which so many other on-line diamond companies have).

Just recently purchased a round hearts and arrows diamond, engagement ring setting, and matching wedding band from BGD’s. I can only say that BGD’s exceeded my expectations and I am completely satisfied with the purchase and the buying process. My wife was ecstatic about the ring set when she saw it - overwhelmed. The diamond sparkles and flashes in the dimmest of light. As Jamie told me before receiving it, it would be stunning. It is a very significant upgrade to the engagement ring I purchased over 52 years ago. Jamie, Emily, and Lesley were great working with me to select the diamond, order placement, and keeping me informed through the production process. It took right at 4 weeks to receive the set, but the wait was worth it. Jamie was especially helpful in making the final selection of the diamond after I had spent about a month studying how to purchase and select a diamond and narrowing my selection down to three diamonds on BGD’s website. I had zero knowledge about how to buy a diamond prior to deciding to buy one. BGD’s has a wealth of information on their website and I also spent a great deal of time studying Paul Gian’s “Beyond the 4C’s”. A quote from one of his emails about Brian Gavin Diamonds speaks to the information available: “The point here is that they don’t make any empty claims but substantiate their signature diamonds with in-depth technical data for shoppers.” Incidentally, I was a little skeptical initially about buying a diamond that I could not see in person and committing to a significant outlay online. But I read a lot of reviews and with Jamie, Emily, and Lesley answering my questions, I became comfortable with process. Thank you Jamie and Brian Gavin Diamonds for helping me complete something that I had been wanting to do for a long, long time and making my wife very happy.

Bought an engagement ring from Brian Gavin. Have read many reviews online about Brian Gavin and their superb quality diamonds. I initially had some hesitancy about making such a big purchase from the web with international shipping. However after seeing that many others have done so before me and had no regrets, I decided to take the plunge. I chose a ring together with my girlfriend and once I was ready, I created an account with Brian Gavin and received an email from Customer service who offered assistance. The ordering process is straightforward from their website. Once the order is made, I made payment using Wise. The payment details can be obtained from their website and also by emailing them. Payment was received and customer service updated me on the estimated time frame for the ring to be produced. Subsequently there was a period of waiting before I finally received news that the ring is being shipped over! Once the ring arrived to it's destination, it was a matter of waiting for FedEx to contact me and the subsequent delivery. I bought a Brian Gavin Blue diamond with a Sylvie setting. I must say the diamond is beautiful. The fluorescence is just brilliant and adds a very unique touch to the ring. The workmanship is also superb and I enjoy just looking at the beautiful sparkle of the diamond under various lighting conditions. Really happy with the purchase and looking forward to proposing to my girlfriend! I'm sure she would love the ring too!
