We purchased a Copenhagen wall system, and a Lugano sideboard. The Lugano sideboard looks amazing and we are very pleased with it. The Copehagen wall system was designed by a member of the BoConcept team and overall we are pleased with it. The only disappointing feature is that the upright of the bookshelf (facing inwards) has the pre-drilled holes in them. We were not made aware of this and it is not visible in the drawings. This detracts from the overall look of the unit. When I queried this with BoConcept, I was told this is standard and that plugs can be purchased from amazon to hide them. I have been unable to find anything that fits the holes, which are 3mm, on amazon or anywhere else. I feel this should have been pointed out by the designer. Otherwise the quality is great and the design service and installation went well.

I had a very good experience at BoConcept Westfield London. The assistant manager had excellent product knowledge and was happy to guide me in my selection and give advice when I asked for it. Three months on, I am extremely happy with my Modena sofa and Charlotte chairs...and the Botanical rug too! I would definitely shop at BoConcept again in the future.

I always buy from Bo Concept in Westbourne Grove and have built up a rapport with Joe Walker over the years. Joe is extremely helpful and efficient and if there is a problem with deliveries or anything else he is straight on it.

The wait was long but I was updated throughout on the delivery date. I had an amazing customer experience thanks to Margot at the Westfield White City branch. She was able to take a look at my floor plan and design a concept that was fit for purpose. I was undecided on colour and she didn't put me under any pressure to decide but gave me swatches to go home to decide. Overall I will recommend bo concept. The delivery team were awesome too. They assembled the piece quickly and we're professional throughout.

We had a very good salesman Dimitris at the Kingston branch who helped us design our storage unit. The delivery was on time and the installing of the unit in our flat was expertly done. We were well satisfied.

I have made multiple purchases with Bo Concept (new and samples too). I am very particular person, but this furniture is a pure delight in all aspects. I can’t compliment it more. A second but not less important is client relations. I do my shopping in Brent Cross mostly and that team is amazing. I always say Hello if I am there, it’s nice to be with them all, especially manager Nima. They are warm, welcoming, they hear you, they respect you and they care. Delivery is smooth and considerate. I couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended!

Excellent advice and suggestions when choosing the fabric and style of my new Osaka sofa, armchair and matching foot stool when I visited Westfield BoConcept. Extremally happy with my lovely furniture that is very comfortable and fits well into my small living room.

The Bo Concept sofa arrived on time and was as good if not better than expected. The delivery staff were really proactive in getting it up to my first floor living room and we were really focussed on treating their customer well. They also flagged up a small repair needed to the underside of the sofa and I am looking forward to having that fixed. All in all, I would definitely recommend using Bo Concept if you are thinking of buying a quality and stylish piece of furniture. Using their concession at Bentalls in Kingston was also great as they have a really good range of their furniture and accessories with really friendly staff.
