I visited the Bristol show room with my partner today and Matt looked after us very well indeed. And he offered us 15% off of the total bill as well as free delivery also! I would highly recommend going and asking for Matt!

Contacted BoConcept in July 2021 as our mattress (bought in 2019) had a split in the foam topping. Fortunately it had a 5 year guarantee and warrantee so the Chichester branch, where we bought it from processed a claim for me. I also had all the paperwork. BoConcept franchise their stores so you must keep the paperwork as in my case the original franchisee had gone bust and the new one did not have any of my paperwork on file!! It has taken until the beginning of March 2022 to receive the new mattress and the young lady I have been dealing with in Chichester has been very helpful and persistent in seeing the claim be fulfilled. I feel BoConcept were possibly being difficult but she persevered on my behalf. I think the original mattress was damaged, but not visibly so, until 2 years of use made the split obvious. A happy ending to a long drawn out claim. Keep your paperwork no matter how much you spend!!

Hi, bought a hand made leather Quarter rug circa £1,800 from Glasgow store. Already bald patches after only 11 months with normal 2 person traffic. Complained and was told that it was normal wear and tear and to hoover without brush. Rug is now unsightly and spoils the look of the room. Guarantee of no use it seems. Delivery staff even commented and took photos. Another product quality issue with Bo Concept products. Will not be buying anything else from BC or recommending. Bitterly disappointed and think the Glasgow store should rethink the position on this matter.

Recently used BoConcept Edinburgh for a living room redesign. Veronica H. Did a great job of the design and Bob was excellent leading the delivery and installation team. No delays or misunderstandings - all questions answered, furniture delivered on time with confirmation emails and a call 30 minutes before arrival. They also have an aftercare and warranty package. I would recommend Edinburgh BoConcept to anyone interested in buying good quality furniture as painlessly as possible.

Overall an excellent client facing and service overall - we are really pleased and highly recommend the store

We visited the Glasgow store looking for a sofa solution to an awkwardly shaped room. The staff member (Jessica) who served us was extremely helpful and couldn't have done more to provide us with options and guidance. Bo Concept are very pricey, but in contrast to other reviewers we couldn't fault the service and follow up.

Poor Overall. I suppose paying over the odds does not guarantee quality, we ordered the Modena corner sofa and it looks great but only if you fold out the creases once someone has sat on there! There is a obvious design flaw with the fabric not tight enough, but I will never know as the Birmingham staff have not got back to me 4 weeks later. You live and learn!!!

I would recommend that you never buy from this company. I ordered from them in August 2021 for delivery in November. They took the full payment and phones me a week before delivery was due to say it would be January 2022. A week before that delivery date they’ve now told me I might get the product in June. This company is a complete joke and their customer service is shocking. Steer well clear.

Heaping pile of garbage!!! Bo Concpt markets itself as premium but it is nothing but a heaping pile of garbage! The customer service is the worst I have seen. Staff are rude, non responsive and absolutely incompetent. Our sofas reclining mechanism was damaged due to one of my relatives placing weight on it whilst it was extended. We paid for the replacement parts and repair but the incomplete parts were sent!! Only realised when the engineer showed up… waited over 2 months to get to this point! Add to it this is not the first time it has happened.. we ordered a chair and 3 times it came with incorrect abs faulty parts to be assembled.. their supply chain and procurement processes are worst than a 2 year old trying to put legos together. God knows what they are doing.. probably should send an email to the CEO next.

Got to say I am really disappointed with my sofa after a few months of using it, especially to say that it was not a cheap sofa and I waited a long time for it too. The biggest issues is the fabric, I was told that it was a durable fabric and I have purchased both a fabric protector and cleaner which I applied when the sofa first arrived. However I was not warned about how EASY this specific fabric catches dust and hair, I have to lint roll it every day or 2 to keep it looking somewhat clean and would I known about this I would never go for the fabric. Second thing is that the sofa is not as soft and even after few months of using it’s still quite hard which is a shame as it’s not comfortable which means I don’t want to sit on it as often as I’d like and instead I found myself sitting on my old sofa instead. The sofa does look good and I like my head rest but the high maintenance is really draining me and makes me regret this purchase more and more.

Bought an ex-display piece. Staff were super helpful in arranging delivery to London, with good follow up service to make sure I was happy with the piece. The delivery team were also very helpful in making sure it was assembled correctly.

Overpriced Crap, after ordering a very expensive sofa amongst other things I'm very disappointed. The sofa is very uncomfortable and squeaky it feels like it's stuffed with plastic. It feel cheaply made and I paid around £6000 completely shocking. Atrocious customer service. I Surprised they are still In business. Take my advice and avoid this company. There are much better companies snd products to choose from.

Really happy with our Bo Concept service, great advice, good comms during the delivery period and a complete change to our dining in experience with our new table and chairs. Just another level. Thank you 🙏 Have already ordered the drawers for the landing..

I bought a sofa & a dining set from them ,the sofa was poorly manufactured after using it for a week the fabric seems loose & I am still running after their customer service to sort the problem out ,unfortunately I do NOT recommend them at all .

We had previously bought our dining furniture from Bo Concept in Fenwicks in Newcastle and were extremely pleased with its design and quality. However as we browsed the sofas in the shop we couldn’t see how the furniture would work or fit into our lounge. Our thanks must go to James Miller for his home design expertise. His detailed 3D design opened our minds to a range of options we hadn’t considered. His expertise and product knowledge was excellent. James listened carefully and always had options and alternatives at his fingertips. He was never pushy and allowed us space and time to come to our own conclusions. We purchased two sofas and other accessories. A tremendous asset to the company.

I went to Tottenham court road store in London to pick a new sofa. Instantly fell in love with one model although it took me ages to decide fabric as the selection isn’t great. Ended up paying £3K for the sofa and was quoted 12 weeks delivery time. On week 11 I called for an update and was told the system wasn’t working that day and someone would call me with a delivery date and time. Nobody called. Called 3 more times and got nowhere. I Waited another 3 weeks for the sofa to arrive and once it did it came with scuff marks and ripped in two corners. I submitted a claim to get it repaired and was shortly after told THE FABRIC HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED…And I would get a call from the manager of the store to set up an appointment to pick a new fabric. Nobody called. Disgraceful and not worth the struggle.

This is mainly a review for your employee Veronika H. who has been amazing throughout our experience with the company. When we first walked into your showroom she made herself known and then gave us plenty of space to mill about and have a look. Then as soon as we even began to look like we would need assistance she was there, ready with all the information we could need, all while being polite and friendly and most of all never pushy or making us feel like we were being goaded into a sale. We exchanged emails and weeks later she messaged us to tell us of an upcoming sale, again being polite and friendly and most importantly never too pushy- simply allowing us to ask all the questions we had (while being very quick to respond!) and reach our own conclusions about whether or not to purchase. She honestly made the entire experience pleasant and every salesperson could take a page out of her book. The company as well is a bastion of finely crafted, Scandinavian design should be enough to speak for itself.

We bought 2 sets of sofas recently from Bo Concept in Newcastle. From the initial design appointment with Paige Carr to the delivery process, the service was simply first class. Paige came over to the house and presented us with ideas that we immediately liked. She gave us an estimated delivery date and on that exact date we got a call to arrange delivery (which was fantastic in itself as we have had numerous delays with other furniture providers claiming supply chain breakdowns for various reasons). We were not happy with one of the armchairs (despite the fact that we were the ones that had chosen it). One email to Paige and she arranged a replacement to our liking without any issues. We would have no hesitation in saying that the customer service we received from Bo Concept, and in particular from Paige, was exemplary. Yes the sofas are a tad expensive, but you get what you pay for.
