Excellent service from Nikole in the shop in Cardiff further supported by the delivery and installation team. Very happy with the furniture bought and would happily recommend BoConcept to anyone looking at making a purchase.
In October 2024, I purchased a BoConcept sofa and carpet at the Harrods store in London, and it has been a disaster from the start. I don't understand why such poor quality products can be sold in the store. The carpet and sofa shed a lot of hair non-stop after receiving them. The company arranged for a third-party investigation, thinking BoConcept was a responsible company, but it turned out not to be the case. The person from the third-party company clearly stated that this shedding was very abnormal and that the company most likely would need to replace the items. However, after a long wait of over a month, BoConcept replied saying that this level of quality was normal, and I would need to vacuum and maintain it daily. If there are other customers facing the same issue, please contact me so we can demand the company to make a decision together. This is a very irresponsible company, and I advise everyone not to make a purchase from them!
So pleased with our new Modena sofa, it looks great, feels great and is so comfortable. A quality product. Everything has been very straightforward with BoConcept from ordering in store and delivery. Just the way it should be.
Choosing the colour of furniture from tiny swatches is a challenge and we'd initially ruled out traveling to the showroom due to distance. We were in discussion with Teo from the Chichester showroom, the closest to us and she has been simply fantastic throughout our BO Concept experience. A consummate design professional who absolutely understand the need for an effortless experience for her clients. From sharing photos of interior design projects aligned to our colour pallet to help us visualise, sharing other relevant images but what we really appreciate what the care and attention Teo applies to her clients. Teo kindly took the larger showroom fabric samples outside for us and took a few photos in different light to help us get an understanding how these colours look in natural light. So helpful. Teo also shared professional interior design advice on how she sees and feels these colours. We've decided to visit the store to see the fabric in person and to tap into the vast experience to see if we can get some cushions for our sofa too :) Teo is an absolute credit to the BOC team and we hope her skills are appreciated by the leadership team at Chichester and head office. I visited the Canterbury store looking for some help furnishing a very empty living room. Leoni was incredibly helpful and very patient with me (thanks Leoni). The team went out of their way to arrange delivery and were great getting things in and set up. Will 100% be back.

Amazing customer support and service following a minor issue upon delivery of a new sofa. From beginning to end Bo Concept have been amazing to deal with from the initial home visit and design service through to delivery and follow-up. wouldn't hesitate to buy from Bo Concept again.
Been tricked to buy several boconcept product, couch, bookshelf and table. All products do within a short period of use blemish and start failing. The material seems cheap and furniture is badly designed with several constructional faults. Stay away!!!

First class service! Thry arranged for adjustments to our order of two sofas. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, the sofas were absolutely beautiful on arrival - we are delighted!
Well Well Well there is no surprise that the last three reviews give only 1 Star. You will note that the response to our original complaint promised Customer Services would be in touch to rectify the problem. They eventually did and it came as no surprise that the damaged item supplied to us just happened to be the last in stock - with the item now discontinued and there being no replacement option we are expected to live with a damaged glass table with no offer of compensation. Clearly they despatched a damaged item in the hope we wouldn't notice.
Despite 3 attempts at matching the colour of 2 front facing doors to the Lugano, BoConcept has not been able to do so. Excessive disclaimers regarding colour differences in the veneer should have been a warning to me but I just assumed that when a piece of furniture is assembled, care would be given to make sure that the panels would come from the same batch or at least match in colour! I am complaining not about the fact they tried to rectify the problem 3 times - that is simply reasonable for such an expensive piece of furniture - but the fact that they didn't manage to do such a simple thing (the last time they sent a replacement for both doors which were neither a match to the existing doors nor to each other!!!). What I am most upset about though is that the company just washed its hands off it and has not offered a solution other than to redeliver the last set of (non-matching) doors. Terrible customer care, you should aim to solve the problem, not leave it at having made the same mistake 4 times. Train your staff how to put a piece of furniture together properly rather than collecting random panels and sticking them in a box. For anyone considering buying a piece of wooden furniture that requires assembly, take heed, you may not get the quality you pay for - UPDATE: since the token comment from BoConcept on my initial review (see below), I emailed them TWICE to the address provided and guess what… no further communication from them. Stay clear of this company!!! UPDATE 2 - pay 50% more for the same mistake? Hmmmm, let me think about that….
Very poor customer service and poor quality products. Purchased a chair from them which was hardly used and then started falling apart with parts of the foam of the chair falling from it. Complained to them and would have expected any reputable company to fix or replace the chair. The below is the reply I received from them. Do not buy anything from this company. I have recieved the report back from the technician who assessed your recliner chair. As your model of Lucca wing recliner is no longer in our current range we have been advised by our quality control department that we do not have any spare parts available. Unfortunately on this occasion we will be unable to assist you any further. Should you wish to look at purchasing an alternative chair please do let me know and I will look into a discount towards your purchase. In the meantime if you need help with anything else please do let me know. Wir haben am 05.06.2020 den Sessel Athena mit dem Hocker Athena mit hellgrauem Lux Felt-Stoff gekauft. Das Design gefiel uns sehr gut und der Stoff wurde uns als sehr strapazierfähig empfohlen. Nach zweimaligem Umtausch, wegen offensichtlicher Mängel, bekamen wir am 01.03.2022 unsere jetzige Version. Trotz allem sind wir bei BoConcept Bochum immer zuvorkommend und freundlich bedient worden. Der Sessel wird täglich genutzt, aber niemals mit Jeans, da haben wir schon einmal eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Jetzt sehen der Sessel und der Hocker aus, als ob sie 10 Jahre alt wären, der Stoff ist an vielen Stellen verschlissen, die Verstellmechanik ist ausgeschlagen und macht störende Geräusche. Unser Fazit: Design super, Qualität lässt zu wünschen übrig.
This company provides the worst customer service and has zero attitude to do the right thing after miserably failed to deliver the furniture in a good shape. You pay for a wannabe luxurious company with zero customer service. Avoid!
I would like to update on my earlier review , which was written with some frustration at the difficulty of contacting the company Their response gave a different route to communication and thankfully resulted in the issue of the fire label required to enable me to donate my sofa. I would happily give them five stars for their furniture which has been excellent and their eventual response , but feel I must mark down a little as I had a poor response to my problem from one store and none at all from another , and the website only directs you to send queries to stores.
