Our first impression of BoConcept was very favourable the layout and displays in Fenwicks highlighted some very excellent products. Our first order delivered earlier this year, were all high quality products. This resulted in Paige visiting our home to design both our living and dining room space. She is talented in both design and knowledge of her products along with knowing what her customers needs were. The final design was superb resulting in another large order. Paige deserves all of the credit she is fantastic.

I had a sideboard delivered and assembled in June. There were issues with the installation (screws and nails poking through) and inconsistent colour between the doors and the rest of the sideboard. I waited 3 months for the relevant parts to be replaced and the installers (to their dismay, and mine) had to disassemble the old sideboard and reassemble the new sideboard using a combination of old and new parts. This time around there were issues with the door hinges so neither doors are shutting properly. The colour of the doors and the rest of the sideboard are still an issue. At BoConcept’s request, I emailed evidence of the issues on 20th October. I heard nothing so I chased on 27th October. I still heard nothing so I chased again on 2nd November. I am still waiting for a response, having chased again on 9th November. The lack of customer service and follow up is appalling. I have purchased BoConcept furniture for many years but this is the last time. *** update *** Not mentioned in my original review, but I had a BoConcept sofa delivered in June 2021. There have been issues with the sofa (noises when sitting down) and an upholsterer tried to fix the problem but it still persists. BoConcept arranged for some sofa parts to be delivered to us on 10th February but nobody came. The upholsterer was booked on 11th February to fit the parts and I had to call them myself to cancel the appointment. I called the BoConcept distribution centre 3 times on 11th February and I have sent 2 emails to customer services on 10th and 14th February, but nobody has responded. I have no idea why the delivery wasn't made, when I can expect the parts and when my sofa will be fixed. In the meantime my sofa continues to make noises, 8 months on.

We have bought a few things from Bo concept and did not hesitate to come back. Paige was extremely helpful and patient and we are really looking forward to our furniture as we know we won’t be disappointed

Really bad customer experience with this crowd. We purchased an ex display sofa priced at nearly £4500 in early July. So not cheap. It wasn’t delivered until early October and only after we had to chase them numerous times. Before paying, the salesman agreed the sofa would be cleaned as it had been shop soiled. When it eventually arrived it had obviously not been cleaned and was full of dust and the the stains where still visible. We also found a tear hole in the fabric. It’s almost November and we’re still awaiting a resolve to this matter. They promise the earth and just don’t deliver. Very unhappy. Looking to bring a small claim against them.

We had a fabulous experience from start to finish, working with John Taylor from the Westfield White City store to furnish several rooms including living/dining rooms, studies and bedrooms. We were impressed with the very sleek, modern design of Bo Concept’s furniture as well as the flexibility to customise with a wide variety of colours, fabrics, materials and styles. Given the quality we also felt Bo Concept offered better value compared to its competitors. John was extremely patient with us – it took several visits and phone calls for us to finalise our selection and he tirelessly made many design suggestions and mocked up room plans for us to look at. He immediately understood our taste and was helpful without ever being pushy. He kept us in the loop about delivery times and even paid a follow-up visit after delivery to ensure everything was ok. The delivery/assembly teams were excellent – very skilful, polite and neat; they took every care to ensure that neither our house nor our furniture was damaged in the slightest despite having to manoeuver up tricky, delicate staircases and corners. We are very happy customers and would go back again without hesitation!

It was a very positive experience and I have ended up with a beautiful sofa to enjoy. Joao Martins, from the Tottenham Court Road store, could not have been more helpful and knowledgable that really helped to hone in on what I really wanted, particularly in terms of the fabric choice. The process of its delivery was exactly as they stated and though the delivery time had to be amended I was kept up to date with progress at all times. Should I require any futher peices I would not hesitate to go back.

After purchasing a new house I met with Paige in the Newcastle store to work on some designs for our sun room, dining room and living room as we were starting from scratch. I showed her the kind of pieces I loved, and the colour scheme I was drawn to, and she worked her magic from here. Using the house plans (as we hadn't yet moved in) she provided a full mock-up of how the rooms could look, and even though I'd originally planned to just purchase a few key pieces, I ended up buying the majority of pieces recommended as I loved the designs so much. Paige has been fabulous throughout the entire process. The delivery team are also fantastic, and although we've had a couple of issues with the items themselves, these were identified by the delivery team and a resolution proposed before we were even aware. I've been back in to store since to purchase accessories, and the service is always so personal. I'll be back again, I am sure!

Very chic, very stylish and superior customer service from Chichester. Fantastic advice and suggestions given by John and delighted to receive the items in perfect condition and delivered by caring installers. Being impressed so much, We have returned to the store to purchase more accessories. Bo Concept is stand-out modern chic in a world full of IKEA clones.

I bought an Indivi sofa back in January and got it delivered in April (so still under warranty). Since then I've been trying to get infills replacement, as the ones that I got are much softer than the ones we tried instore. They are not firm at all and they develop a deep dip after seating on them for just a few minutes, which turns out to be very bad for posture (I've recently seen another review on Trustpilot about the same issue and same product, so I'm not alone on this boat). Anyway, they sent a technician in and he reported the infills were wearing down as expected and that I should rotate the cushions every week, which I thought was a joke, as I only had the sofa for 3 months. After going back and forth, they said I could get a quote for new infills if I wanted to and there is nothing else they could do given the technician's report. What a waste of time and money.

I wrote a review two weeks ago regarding how poor the customer service was at this company. A super expensive, high end company that treats its customers appallingly. Well, as suggested by myself in my previous review we’re still waiting for this to be resolved two weeks later. Still haven’t had the table collected. Still haven’t received our refund. We did receive an email from boconcept customer services advising us that the courier company had attempted to contact us on numerous occasions despite the fact they hadn’t. Nice that they try to pass the blame to the customer - do your job!! We were then advised to contact the courier company ourselves in order to arrange collection. We did this only to be told we’d need to package the table and have it ready on a pallet - not how it arrived and not something we have lying around. Beyond a joke!!

Brilliant design from BoConcept Tottenham Court Road. Sogol drew out a great design for my new home. I simply sent her the floor plan and some images of the property, she then did all the work in the background and showed it to me. She was patient and fully took in all aspects of the design and my requirements. Design service and items she selected are amazing. There is a delay in the delivery of the items by 2-3 months otherwise so far the service and design is good. Awaiting to receive the items purchased.

We have purchased numerous pieces from BoConcept, and up until our last round of purchases, were satisfied. However, our recent purchases , which included a desk, dining room table and leather sofa, all had issues that had to addressed post delivery. We are still waiting for our dining room table to be fixed and the sofa, which has had one side un-operational for 3 months, looks like it will take at least another 30+ days to be resolved. Not what one would expect from a top quality furniture maker. Would be very difficult for us to invest in further pieces with our recent experience.

Dear Paul /Gemma, First and foremost I would like to state the disappointment with customer service that I have received from your establishment. After highlighting my dissatisfaction with the quality of the sofa that was delivered to our home, on the very same day (12th August). After numerous emails correspondence (photo's included) and a second visit from an engineer of your choice (with additional photo's). You then have the audacity to want to take more of our time, to facilitate your companies poor workmanship and after sales communication.  I'm not prepared to waste anymore of our time on this matter....I'm within my legal right to have a full refund and I am currently exercising that right forewith......I want you to arrange for collection of your items from property, ensuring that my full refund is in our account at the same time as the items are to be collected...... I have been more than accommodating, to try and get this matter resolved, but it seems that we have to prompt you guys at every stage of this process. I expect a immediate response, to let me know when you will be arranging the collection of these items from our property.

Receiving marketing texts 5 years after buying something that I didn't knowingly sign-up for. To stop them they ask you to reply to a number that charges you to do so. Shamefully unethical for a company that seems to consider itself a premium customer focused brand Reply BoConcept's response: A 30 second search of the 88882 number returns 'premium text rate' on O2 and other number checkers. Does seem odd that Bo Concept is not aware of this in setting up this service.

Just had lovely experience ordering my new sofas in the Buchanan Galleries Glasgow Bo Concept store. A very friendly and professional service from Eilidh and her colleagues. Over a couple of weeks, Eilidh contacted me and discussed my choice of sofa. She was knowledgeable and patient and set time aside to explain the delivery process etc. Her assistance was much appreciated and a credit to her employer.

Excellent service from extremely nice people in Bo Concept’s Cardiff store. V Short delivery time, incredibly helpful, chatty delivery people. Great follow up telephone call from the store. I would highly recommend Bo Concept.

We ordered our sofa on 16th April and it finally arrived at the end of July, much later than they promised. Unfortunately it is faulty and the part needed to fix it will apparently take another 6-7 weeks to arrive (I don't trust them to be honest about timeframes at this point). They use the excuse of the pandemic, but no other companies I have used to furnish my house have had these issues. The sofa was very expensive and I would have expected a more efficient delivery, more attention to the customer and a better finished product.
