I purchased a sofa from them 7 years ago and contacted the customer support regarding the cup of a foot plate that’s come off. The customer services were able to track down my original order and dealt with it on the day. I’m really impressed with their after care. Also the sofa looks almost like new, v good quality. A great brand!

Gekauft wurde ein Eßtisch mit Bank und vier Stühlen, modisch ein absoluter Hingucker. Schon wenige Wochen nach der Lieferung (Dez. 2020) bröckelte an unterschiedlichen Tischkanten der Lack ab. Nach Briefverkehr und Telefonaten bekamen wir eine neue Tischplatte. Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass unser Haushalt aus 2 Personen über 60 J. besteht. Das gleiche passierte nun auch mit der neuen Tischplatte. Auch hier wieder an diversen Kanten abgedprungener Lack. Nach erneuter Kontaktaufnahme mit Boconcept im Frühjahr teilte man uns mit, dies seien Gebrsuchsspuren und durch Gewalt zugefügt. Unser Fazit: Extrem schlechte Qualität für viel zu teures Geld und schlechtem Service. Unser Boconcept Tisch, der noch keine zwei Jahre alt ist, sieht aus wie wie mein alter nach 30 Jahren und einem 5 Personen Haushalt.

Wir haben in letzter Zeit sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit der Firma Boconcept gemacht. Nachdem wir sechs Esszimmer-Stühle gekauft hatten mit einem hellen Stoff, der als „gatstättengeeignet“ bezeichnet worden war, stellte sich nach wenigen Wochen heraus, dass das eine absolute Fehlanzeige war. Kein einziger Fleck ließ sich mit den vorgeschlagenen Mitteln entfernen, ohne dass hässliche Ränder und Rückstände bzw. Verfärbungen verblieben. Anfragen bei Boconcept wurden unfreundlich und mit der Behauptung, der Fehler müsse bei uns liegen, beantwortet. Auch ein Umtausch der vier noch unbenutzten Stühle kam nicht in Betracht. Professionelle Reinigungsfirmen hatten die Behandlung dieses speziellen Stoffes bereits abgelehnt. Dummerweise haben wir dann zwei farblich einigermaßen passende Stühle mit Lederbezug gekauft und die beiden am häufigsten benutzen Stühle ausgetauscht. Als nach einigen Monaten zwei weitere Exemplare aus den o.g. Gründen zu unansehnlich geworden waren, wollten wir, um den Schaden nicht noch weiter zu vergrößern, zwei weitere Stühle in dem gleichen Leder bestellen, was aber nicht mehr möglich war. Alles in allem ein totaler Reinfall. Nie wieder Boconcept! Wir sind übrigens ein Zweipersonenhaushalt ohne Kinder und Haustiere.

We've bought a few things from BoConcept over the years. For example our modular family sofa - which is coming up to 20 years old. It's been wonderful. Excellent quality. This time we bought 2 garden chairs and a table. But when we got them home and put them in place, we realised they didn't look right. It wasn't what we wanted. Shops have to allow returns from online purchases, but this was bought in-store. However the manager agreed to let us take them straight back and gave a full refund. Very reassuring. Thanks BoConcept, and keep up the great design work.

Very expensive sofas and armchairs related to use.Not comfortable and not as it seems at first.When you sit the pillows lose their shape and the armchairs have hard sit.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to John Taylor at the Westfield branch for all his help and advice with my sofa purchase. It arrived this morning and looks amazing. I can't believe I got the measurements right from a drawing John sent guiding me through the process😇. Michelle from customer service was amazing and kept in touch on delivery dates ans changes. The delivery team were fab I got a call at 7.45am and it was all fitted within 20mins. John, thanks so much for being so friendly and professional. My last experience was so traumatic it put me off buying a sofa for a year. I am beyond ecstatic with the new addition to the living room it was certainly worth the wait. You were right the colour is fab and it brings the whole room to life!!!

Nice furniture, made a large order, was promised it would be delivered by a certain date, now they keep pushing it back and the final date of arrival for all the furniture was false. It seems like they just flat out lied about the delivery date to get business. Quite disappointed.

The service I received from the Notting Hill store was exceptional. Stefano was very helpful and very patient with my delays and changes of mind (and I had many). I messed up a couple of orders and he helped me to amend them with great humour. I bought many items in several orders: 2 sofas, 2 beds, several mattresses, and everything was of very good quality (comparable with more expensive brands I bought previously) and delivery service was excellent. Highly recommended.

We purchased an Indivi sofa in November 2020 from the Newcastle store. From day one we realised the sofa cushions were much softer than the model in store and they quickly developed a dip / crater as they didn't bounce back up. Boconcept asked for photos and sent out an upholstery specialist who confirmed the cushions had no density so new ones were ordered. We had to wait 12 weeks for these to be delivered and when we finally received them, they were exactly the same! They were replaced again and following another 12 week wait the replacements were still faulty. The store tried to tell me this was normal and I needed to smooth the fabric out with my hand.... what??! Anyway, after insisting on another visit from the upholstery specialist (who was independent and fab!) he agreed they weren't fit for purpose and recommended that he supply the new cushions as he could guarantee they would be of high quality. We finally had replacement cushions which were fit for purpose 12 months after we received our sofa. I would not purchase from here again.

I walked into Bo Concept on Finchley Road as a shelving unit caught my eye. I was so impressed with the professional service, care and guidance I received. Nathalie was enormously helpful in designing the unit, curating the room and offering interior design advice. I was truly impressed. We had great service in store (Tottenham Court Road) from Parminder (who also gave us a 5% discount because we waited a bit!), and after a couple of visits, we ordered a sofa. The was a large lead time (12 weeks), but when the sofa was delivered today, the delivery people did the best job I've ever had for furniture delivery. They were courteous and considerate, apologised for being late (they weren't!), put the sofa together, exactly where we wanted, and took all the packaging away with them. The sofa is great - we're very pleased with it.

We found the BoConcept Guildford, and especially Nicole, to be very helpful. The quality of the furniture we purchased is very high and very comfortable. The delivery, although we had to wait for them to be made, was on time and the delivery teams were very polite and helpful. We'd recommend BoConcept and would be happy to purchase form Guildford again.

I purchased the Kingston dining table and chairs from the Manchester store. The service received from David and Ruby was exceptional. Providing help and guidance with the fabric choice and allowing time to make my decision. The delivery was on time and the assembly service was speedy and professional. Thank you
