Recently bought a sofa from Manchester store. I can not fault anything from going into the shop, the staff, delivery and the product itself. It is exactly what we were looking for and the staff help us achieve our vision. We have had so many comments from family and friends already on the quality and comfort - Thankyou!

We bought all our furniture for our new flat from BoConcept. During this purchase Sheetal Patel from Kingston store helped us to choose the correct colours , sizes and models . She was incredibly capable of using the software which shows the alignment of the furniture we chose. We are very satisfied and happy with our experience. Sheetal is an extremely talented and experienced lady. Her soft approach and smiley face helps you to calm you down and makes your shopping experience joyful.

Excellent support from sell team, giving us plenty time and information to make our mind. The process of delivery was so smooth within the allocated time and the most importantly we are so happy with the product.

Our experience with BoConcept was stunning. They have interior design team that helps you to see how your room looks like with their furniture. Delivery was quicker then expected and delivery/assembly team was super kind, mindful and working very clean. They deserve every penny. Thank you

We visited the Kingston upon Thames branch in the Bental Centre and were looked after very well by two lovely ladies They ordered and got us a misusing part for our table Very helpful and friendly

My sofa was just out of warranty, but they still sourced the parts from overseas and repaired the fault free of charge. Great service and great goodwill - worth buying an expensive product like this if you have this peace of mind.

Bought dining table and sofa from Manchester. The sofa in the showroom was far more superior quality than the one delivered. That is inherently the problem. The showrooms are stocked with older more robust quality furniture but what is being delivered is poorer quality. The velvet and materials are just not good enough. Very disappointed.

I bought a sofa today in BoConcept in Edinburgh I had been looking for some time both online and in shops for what I wanted but without success Then I went to BoConcept …. The lady who served me , Ellen, could not have been more helpful She was very knowledgeable and when I explained what I was looking for she showed me a selection of sofas which could be customised ,helped with material samples and checked measurements She gave a date for delivery which is very unusual for furniture purchases The whole experience was enjoyable and stress free and I left excited at the prospect of a classy new sofa by mid May …..thank you Ellen

I am completely desperate here! November 2022, I got several items from BoConcept to decorate my house. The items are beautiful and some pieces are of high quality. The sellers offered impeccable service helping to find the right pieces and to decorate the rooms. However since they delivered the pieces I am having problems. The dining came with a defect and could not be used in its expanded form. It is a simple problem, but BoConcept just can't solve it. The service is totally non efficient, every small problem needs 4-6 weeks to be addressed because the pieces come from DK. But this is not all, they are totally not organised. After months bringing the wrong pieces and do not managing to fix the table, BoConcept decide to replace the entire item. Took weeks and dozens of emails and calls to arrange a date for the delivery of an entire new top of the table . When after a long wait, came the day for the delivering, I got an email that the item was not delivered at the warehouse. Now, nobody knows where the truck is or when the item will be delivered. Nobody calls, nobody answers the emails! My hope now is to keep complaining in this space until they deliver my table! I am completely desperate here! 22/March/2023 --

We have had the most amazing experience in store and at home visit with Eizens and the whole team at BoConcept at Finchley Road. We highly recommend their service.

No returns, which isn't mentioned during purchase. Would expect this for small independent shop doing custom orders but not for high street brand like BoConcept with off the shelf stock.

EDIT: 23rd May I started off with a mixed experience from BoConcept but they turned it around into a positive one. It takes a lot from a company to admit they made some errors along the way, the important thing is how they handle it as unfortunate things can always happen. The quality of items I’ve purchased from them is fantastic I cannot fault that, they have worked hard to correct the logistical and service issues I encountered not just for me but for anyone else ordering in the future. I now feel comfortable that I would order from them again and anyone else ordering now or in the future should feel safe in knowing they have made the necessary changes to ensure their high quality and well designed products are allocated the time and attention they need to be delivered and installed without issue.

I very rarely write reviews, but given the outstanding service I received from Can in the Tottenham Court Road store, I felt I had to! His patience, professionalism and kindness were off the scale, answering all my questions and producing incredibly helpful computer visuals to guide my choices. Even when I changed my mind on various things, nothing was too much trouble. With a sofa, table, chairs and sideboard now ordered, I'm excitedly awaiting delivery in early April. Thank you, Can!

I bought a sofa £5000 plus and this sofa is really tender like a rock and not comfortable as the one in showroom . Within just 1 week the middle corner sofa just sunk , very upset and not quiet happy , it’s a shame and wouldn’t encourage no one to purchase their expensive sofas ! SHAME ON YOU BOCONCEPT

I purchased a white OTTOWA extendable table designed by Mr Rashid apparently an award winning designer - this table has been chipped along its leading edge and its surface raised at mid joint. The table is not new but surely the life of the table should last longer without such unhappy damage and is unrepairable I am told there is nothing BOC can do. Surely Boconcept can offer some better advice. We also have an iKEA table which has performed far better JOHN HOOD Architect

I’m from Sweden and had very good experience from Bo concept. Now I live in the uk and November last year 2021 I ordered a sofa for £5000 which is the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever bought. 10-15 minutes on the sofa I have to move otherwise my back and shoulders will kill me. Never ever again

We had been looking for furniture for our new build home. When we came across BoConcept it was exactly what we were looking for. From the very first moment we stepped inside the Cardiff shop everything felt right. Daniel listened to what we wanted, took our floor plan and came up with a fabulous design that was perfect for our space. The gentlemen who delivered the furniture did a splendid job and were very respectful and careful of our home. Lily went the extra mile to help us . We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from the Cardiff team. Many thanks to them. The furniture looks amazing, is very comfortable and good quality. We have no hesitation in recommendation.

Having had excellent service from Paige previously, we had no hesitation in returning to Bo Concept, Fenwick Newcastle. Paige provided yet another great design for a snug area and we are delighted with the end result. She kept us fully appraised regarding delivery and everything arrived as scheduled. The delivery and fitting service by Keith was excellent too. The quality and design of the furniture, wall units and lighting is second to none. We did experience some issues with a rug but Paige resolved this to our complete satisfaction. I cannot recommend Bo Concept Fenwick more highly, Paige and her colleagues are professional, friendly and give great customer service. I will definitely be returning for my next home interiors project!
