Hi,I would like to share our amazing experience with BoConcept! I have visited BoConcept store which is located in Harrods. Luckily I met with Rita there and bought two sofas from this store. Thanks to Rita, i was able to quickly decide on the colors, fabrics and size of the seats. I was impressed with her knowledge especially from a technical perspective and her guidance and assistance..somehow, in less than two hours, all my transactions were completed including invoicing and payment! I was informed about the use of furniture, warranty conditions,delivery process and the lead time.. during my shopping, she were very kind and patient to me and provided fast and helpful guidance on all aspects. Our furnitures arrived on time and safely, as i was informed! The delivery planning and information process were also professional. Our sofas has high quality, assembled easily and very quick! I would like to also thanks Grag and Nathan who were assembled our furniture because of their very professional, kind and helpful approach.. we are appreciated to all team who provided us this amazing services and furnitures! Thank you all and BoConcept company!

We had a few issues after we purchased our sofa and it has taken a long time to rectify. Even with our problems, I would still recommend Bo Concept. For the entire customer journey, the sales team in Kingston to the aftersales (Tracey) the staff have always been wonderful to deal with as their main goal was to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Great people! 😊

Terrible experience overall. Good salesmen, decent product in the shop then team absolutely incapable of delivering. Time for production absurd - supposedly 8 weeks but in the end 10 before delivery. Stated delivery date 2 weeks out. Unable to listen to criticism or offer solutions.

Boconcept cyprus is the worst, the owner of the franchise is unbearable very toxic with the worst behavior towards her employees, furthermore the customers look like a dollar in front of them, they only care how to get the most without asking for their needs.

I have a Bo Concept desk which is in immaculate condition. Admittedly it took three attempts to get a desk which wasn't damaged but we got there in the end. In November 24 I had to remove one set of legs to move the desk from one room to another. The set of legs which were removed would not attach back to the main desk unit as the screws were both too short and the desk material too soft to grip the screws again; I contacted Bo Concept who arranged for their team to come out and have a look. We agreed a temporary solution of non-matching screws (the original ones are brushed matt black, the temporary ones shiny silver). To cut a very long story short, after no response to my emails for over a month, i received an email with the following statement : Unfortunately, there is no form of escalation in this scenario. I have reviewed your case and my outcome is the final decision. As mentioned by yourself, you may prefer to visit the hardware store and see if they have screws compatible to what you desire. I am very sorry that we cannot assist you any further in this matter, this case will now be closed as there is no other form of resolution. I can only suggest that Bo Concept look at how Dyson provide Customer Care as the Bo Concept approach is woefully inadequate. Needless to say I will not be purchasing from them again and would not recommend this company.

The customer service and advice from Boconcept in Rose St Edinburgh was outstanding. In particular Paula Pacheco Lopez and her manager. Making sure we would both be comfortable with my choice of furniture, they visited our home with sample swatches and a dining chair, bringing these items to us, on the bus! We bought 2 sofas and 8 chairs. We absolutely love them. Highly recommend this company and their delivery company. What a great experience all round.

We purchased a new kitchen table and chairs from the Canterbury store. From the beginning, Niki patiently helped us think about design and colour - over several visits! In the end, the product fits beautifully and the chairs looked amazing. We got excellent help from Angela in finalising our order and delivery. All and all, a great experience.

The initial customer service was outstanding. The sales staff in the Cardiff Store were so professional and knowledgeable about their products. They were friendly and accommodating regarding our enquiries. A follow up email was received later that same day with all the details we had requested. We were able to decided based on the details provided, and again in a call to the store the purchase was seamless and an enjoyable process!

While the team in the actual store branch was fantastic (Westbourne), the sofa quality does not match the price point. The company replaced two of the sofas they delivered given the state of them, everything from marks on the fabric, to rips on the back, and more recently, the cushion covers of the sofa are not "removable" as the company boasts given the exposed foam/infill (I wish I could add the picture here). When we try to unzip the cushion covers, the infill gets stuck (as it's just fluff). I called Customer Service department about this but they said they do not know the answer (which is quite odd for the Customer Service department to not be able to answer questions about the products) and told me to go back to the store who sold me the sofa and ask if the custion covers should be removable. For the price point, customers deserve a better product.

Tracey from Customer Services has been nothing but amazing! She has followed up until the issue was resolved, she made sure she had all the right information and she checked in after the issue had been fixed to make sure that everything was in order. If you need help with anything at Bo Concept customer services definitely Tracey is the best person to assist!

Rita at BoConcept, Harrods, has been very professional, personable, and patient in helping us to choose furniture for our new apartment. While we could not find the right items this time, we are extremely grateful for her help and knowledge. Thank you for making the frustrating experience of furniture shopping more pleasurable!

The furniture was not delivered on time as promised, but all items were comfortable. The dining table needed some adjustments which were done after a few weeks. A couple of chairs were also delivered later. The interior designer who was working with me was very efficient and helpful, thanks to Rita.

Am 31.12.2023 haben meine Tochter und ich BoConcept im CentrO besucht. Die Beratung von Frau Wilkening war sehr kompetent und freundlich. Der Vorschlag zur ausgewählten Ware kam noch am gleichen Tag per e-mail.Es kam leider nicht zum Kaufabschluss ,was aber am Warenangebot lag ,da wir ein spezielles Maß benötigt haben welches auch im Angebot hinterlegt war, jedoch bevorzugte mein Mann einen Tisch der keinen Mittelholm hatte und das gab es leider nicht im Sortiment mit dem speziellen Maß . Frau Wilkening rief mich pünktlichst zwei Tage später zur vereinbarten Zeit an um sich zu informieren wie meinem Mann der Vorschlag gefallen hatte. Als ich ihr mitteilte das wir leider nicht ins Geschäft kommen würden,(wegen oben erwähnten Grund )und uns anderweitig orientiert haben war sie sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll und absolut vorbildlich in der Verabschiedung. Die Beratung war top!!!

Because I had to leave London temporarily and could not receive the goods at home, Miss Rita Zadoorian, a design consultant from Boconcept UK, came to the house to receive the goods on my behalf, and supervised the whole process of delivery with the cooperation of the apartment property management staff.

Over the years we have purchased items from BoConcept in Scotland and Newcastle and been delighted with the products and the helpful and knowledgeable staff. When we moved to Kent in 2019 we purchased items from the Canterbury store More recently we unfortunately broke one of the white wall doves we purchased a few years ago and whilst these are no longer on sale in stores and online Anglea from the Canterbury store very kindly tracked done a few lying in stock rooms in other UK stores The staff at these store like Angela could not have been more helpful when dealing with our purchase, packing it and having it ready for my courier to collect them Thanks to all involved , whilst most companies like to promote good customer service in my experience they rarely actually deliver it - I am delighted to write this deserved review for BoConcept as they went above and beyond with customer service for an item which only cost around £45 Much appreciated Ray Douglas
