Excellent, stylish company with great customer service. I’ve shopped here many times over the years, in stores all over the country, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful, without being pushy. The quality and designs are always excellent.

We purchased a sofa from John Taylor at the Westfield branch. He suggested a bespoke configuration (using one of the modular sofas) which fit really well in our living room. He also recommended a rug whose color combines very well with the sofa. The final setup looks beautiful and we're very happy. The service team was also great and helpful. The assembly was quick and the team friendly and on time.

I’d really appreciate the service, from our visit Ancoats shop visit to the delivery. David was very helpful when we chose our sofa and chair. Delivery was on time, good packaging, they guys were professional. One leg was missing, immediately I’ve got an email, a very nice guy from warehouse came to fix that temporary until the correct one delivered from Denmark. All was communicated with me. Very happy with them and will definitely use Beconcept again.

Boconcept's specialties comes from both product design and the services presented by its professional employees to its customers. When I scanned BoConcept at the first online, I got a friendly call from Mrs. Besime Adaslik. She was fond of welcoming me to simplify my buying interest at BoConcept. She has a friendly tone and determined customer service passion.

Sofa took two months to arrive. When arrived there were missing parts. Now I'm told I need to wait 7 more weeks for the part and being quite rude about it as if that is what I should expect.

Promises that furniture will be deivered in time but did not happen.. promises are made to be broken after purchase

We are repeat customers of BoConcept in 2 different countries, having bought many pieces for our living room, reception room and bedroom. We are attracted to the quality and design of BoConcept furniture. The service we have received has been exceptional, particularly from Nathalie Dalgaard at the Finchley Road store, who has been extremely helpful in the selection and design of all our pieces. The BoConcept installers are also excellent, taking care of the delivery, unpacking, assembly and installation of the furniture. Aftersales care has also been exemplary. We highly recommend BoConcept furniture and their service.

Sofa got delivered with loose fabric on the armrests (they need to send a fabric specialist to fix), as well as discolouration, stains on the back side of the sofa, another specialist needs to come out for that. Not worth the price point, just really disappointing.

We required a solution for a home office that not only provided practical storage but had to retain the aesthetics that ran through all other rooms in our new apartment. With the volume of content, we didn’t think this was achievable. Tallulah at Fenwick’s boconcept struck the balance we were looking for while keeping everything on track, unbelievable. The quality of the products and installation were equally exceptional. Highly recommended.

We had been looking for the perfect table & chairs for months. We then stumbled across BoConcept & found it….!! Not only is it perfect the customer experience was faultless. We will definitely use BoConcept again, from showroom to delivery we have been nothing but impressed. Paulina Brewka is an absolute asset to your brand.

We found the Bo Concept design service (provided by the concession in Fenwicks of Bracknell) very useful. Unlike some such services, it came without strings and did not have to be holistic. It helped us decide which items we needed, which items would work best and which items matched our taste. We have always admired Bo Concept furniture and the current range is very stylish and contemporary but not "wacky". Whilst it is not cheap, the prices seemed more affordable than has historically been the case. We are very pleased with the wide range of furniture that we purchased and the designer, Luminita, added enormous value to the process without being in the least bit pushy.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us with our choices for our new furniture and was ready with suggestions for paint colours to go with our carpet. It all worked brilliantly and we are totally happy with the results. The delivery was hampered by an unexpected breakdown of the van but the driver managed to deliver despite this. He was brilliant.

We used BoConcept Redbrick Leeds for the design, supply and install of our lounge from a blank canvas. Uwais, one of the store's interior designers, was fantastic. He designed and rendered something that met our needs, and we were confident would come together well. After a few weeks lead time, everything arrived as planned. The installation team did a fantastic job of putting everything together (including wall mounting) and taking away all waste. It was completely hassle and stress free from end to end, and has been one of my best experiences of any company. I'd highly recommend.

We received first class service from Puneet Saini at Westfield. Although we knew what type of sofa we were looking for, Puneet patiently went through all options in terms of configuration and fabric choice. He was professional throughout without being pushy. He was genuinely interested in ensuring we got what we wanted rather than in just closing the sale. It was a great experience.

I purchased a lamp from Bo Concept in St Albans which had to be sent to me in Scotland. Nima, the Store Manager there, was excellent. Very helpful. I paid and sent the postage label and they took care of everything else. Lamp arrived safely and quickly. Brilliant service. Thank you.

Products are high-quality and customer service is incredible. They really follow-up and are very responsive to any question / special request we may have. That makes a huge difference. A special thank you to Rita with regards to this !

Please DO NOT buy. There is very poor after sale customer service. They sell it to you and then you are on your own. If you decide to relocate or move your furniture, it’s not possible to find a fitter who’s familiar with the brand. And BoConcept are refusing to assist by saying they are not providing after sale services. Spoke to Kingston branch

We purchased our Bo Concept Sofa overseas and moved back to the UK recently. In the move some of the sofa's supporting springs came loose during transit. Despite the overseas Bo Concept store not being directly linked to the Bo Concept stores in the UK, the team at Concept Living Ltd (Tracey in particular) provided amazing after care service. Tracey arranged for a specialist upholstery company to attend and inspect our sofa, who recommended the springs be replaced. Upon receiving the upholstery company's recommendation she arranged for replacements and the upholstery company to fix them...all for free! Tracey also proactively followed up to advise us of next steps and also made sure to reach out following repair to ensure everything was ok. We have no hesitation in recommending Bo Concept, Concept Living and especially Tracey, a real star!
