The Better Impact team is superb with assisting in setting things up from the start to being on stand by for any question you need on the fly. I am still learning a lot about this software but truly love it. There is so much you can do with it and it really allows you to communicate with your volunteers with ease. I still have a lot to learn but am confident with the consistent help that is always available. Highly recommend!!

Better Impact has a little bit of everything for every module. I work heavily in the Volunteer Impact side of things and couldn't be happier with the autonomy my volunteers get to use when scheduling, reporting volunteer hours, checking their availability, tracking their qualifications, completing eLearning Modules, leaving feedback after volunteer shifts, and reviewing documents I have for them all just by logging into their volunteer portal.

Better Impact has made managing our volunteers, our organizational activities and tracking our volunteer hours so much easier. Not only for us but for our volunteers. Having the app as well as massive amount of backend controls is a game changer. Really impressed with the support as well, I have never been disappointed or walked away still with the question. In 25 years of working with volunteers this was definitely the biggest improvement I've been able to implement with such fantastic results.

My animal shelter was using an expensive and antiquated Volunteer Management Software before making the switch to Better Impact. While change itself can be overwhelming, the Better Impact team made the transition as smooth as possible. Between the sales person answering questions transparently (not just to "make a sale") and the new client check-ins post-sale, everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure this was the right software for us. We've been using it since September (about five months now) and it has been instrumental in growing our Volunteer Program, overhauling the onboarding process, and just making things easier for our staff to manage recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers. After evaluating six volunteer management systems over more than a year, Volunteer Impact was the clear winner. Since implementation, it has even exceeded our high expectations for coordinating our volunteer emergency responders, both in 'blue skies' and in crisis deployment situations which involve constantly-changing shifts. And the staff -- oh boy, the staff. Their knowledge and dedication are unmatched in any industry, from initial contact through ongoing support more than a year later. I don't think I have ever written an online review in my life, but Better Impact is so good I am compelled to sing their praise to anyone who will listen. The systems Volunteer Impact has replaced for us include Volgistics, SignupGenius, Emma, Tockify, and a video learning/quiz system. We now have *far* better capabilities and less overhead -- all at a lower price point.

From the first phone call with Andy, he listened and asked a lot of questions about our needs, the organization and how we wanted to interact with our volunteers and staff. We have been so happy with the process the online training, to its launch with volunteers. They system is easy to use for both staff and volunteers. Onboarding is a dream, as is rostering, communication is easy and managing volunteer profiles has really helped us understand our people better therefor our engagement and retention has improved. Support from the Better Impact team has made the journey all the better!

We have been using Better Impact for 5 years now after an exhaustive search and trade study of available tools. Better Impact remains the most cost effective and is powerful yet very easy to use.

Better Impact is not only a fantastic volunteer database, but the customer support from the company is top-notch! They have member support advisors, training videos, a database of training topics, and a chat-function to get real-time fixes to your urgent needs. Most of the database is intuitive and a joy to use; I can usually answer my own questions. I never have trouble getting in contact with support when I do have a technical question, however, and their staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help! If you're looking for a modern database that covers all your needs as a Volunteer Engagement Professional, I highly recommend Better Impact. The reports and feedback functions alone are invaluable to capture snapshots of metrics on the home page, or record volunteer storytelling of impact during hours logging. This database will help automate functions you've been struggling to complete in-person and in doing so elevate your capacity to improve your volunteer program. Check Better Impact out and then start an advocacy case for your budget!

I have used Better Impact at my previous employer for 2.5 years. Absolutely loved the system and everything it is able to do. Now, at my new employer, I brought this system in and the process has been so easy even with transferring information from an older-based system. They are there every step of the way and answer any questions that I have (even when I've asked them before). I always hear back from my Rep. within the same day. Love this system and my volunteers do too which is amazing!

Excellent software, only issue is being Canadian based, the Sterling Volunteers option only works for US mailing addresses. I would like to see some background check integration with Canadian companies that can actually do it here.

I have been managing volunteer for 16 years. It would be impossible for us to mange the 1100 volunteers in our program without Better Impact. We love BI because it makes it easy for us to match clients and volunteers. It is easy for the volunteers to use and it has a robust and easy to use reporting function for our staff. We love Better Impact!

We have been using Better Impact in our organization for 5 years and it is excellent! The tutorial videos are easy to follow and answer everything. This is the best software I have used to keep track of volunteer information, run reports, host eLearning training, sign up for activities, etc.

This platform has revolutionized and streamlined the way we manage our hundreds of volunteers each year. The customer services is the absolute best: they are knowledgeable, fast, and never fail. Volunteers of all ages have learned how to use the program and find information they need to get trained, scheduled, and excited to come volunteer.

Just amazing honestly... Better Impact makes it so much easier to manage volunteer shifts, training, the volunteers are aware and in control of the data we hold about them. Better Impact staff are amazing and the online chat for me is just Awesome. Thank you all and this time Thank you Pete!
