Shipping logistics were lackluster and the tray for the accessories ships with hardware that is KNOWN to be a problem. With that said, their customer service was top notch and they had a replacement delivered to me within the week

I ordered a computer screen and was nervous to do this online without having seen it in person. The screen came on the date scheduled and was just as I expected from their description on line. It was packed well and incurred no damage while being shipped.

I have benq GW2480 monitor for 15days now. Good for eye care

My wife suffers from migraines and can't use the computer too much, the blue filters built in the BenQ monitors are working greatly for her (she still has to use a software to change the screen colors - flux). The monitor was very affordable and the delivery was in time and without any issues; we have the monitor for 1 month now and is working great for now!

Overall design is good. Only one big problem: the light bar turns on randomly. How do I fix this?

The ECI-B is very smooth, precise and responsive. Although I’m not using this mouse for gaming, it works extremely well for business use. I’m performing production work where every second matters and I have to move from multiple applications and multiple monitors quickly and accurately. For that purpose, this is the best mouse I’ve used in 20 years. I bought the ECI-B directly from BenQ – very quick delivery, and was well packed.
