reasonable projector for a good price. I didn't get top of the line, but I wasn't willing to pay for it. Only think I have problems with its its auto keystone, I may need to adjust the mounting a bit to reduce the shadow left by the auto keystone. Seems like the keystone is software adjusted rather than optically adjusted. The instruction manual doesn't give enough trouble shooting guidelines to help.

Very bad experience, BenQ shipped ny package via fedex and Fedex lost the package as it was delivered to someone else , contacted BenQ and Fedex raised a claim for missing package, its been more than 2 weeks i haven’t received my package or a refund for the item that i had brought. I will stay away from BenQ .
The tech support was able to offer a replacement bulb sale without really offering any tech troubleshooting data (two lower cost bulbs purchased on amazon lasted less than 10 hours each) but did the transaction without rerouting the call to someone else. Delivery is slow across the country so if you want free delivery expect to not use your projector for at least a week. The Benq bulb was noticeably better quality picture versus crap half price amazon bulbs that didnt last ( I bought two spares because they are cheaper and you never really know when bulb is going to pop so turns out to be a bad move as warranty is 30 days. )
Customer Service was excellent, informative and genuinely friendly. Great to have an English speaking Rep. It's extremely frustrating when so many Companies today have people on the phones that can't understand their customers! My BenQ Direct Rep didn't require extra time trying to figure out if my needs were understood or not. Excellent!
I bought refurbished unit on BenQ's website and have had it for about a month now. This is my first time getting a projector I was rather apprehensive at the prospect, especially since I live in a studio apartment. However, I decided to take the plunge since the refurbished unit was a good deal. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase. Pros 1. At 3300 lumens, this unit is bright! I have no problem consuming contents during day with the blinds partially closed. 2. Image quality is great. Colors are saturated and texts are clear and crisp. The 13,000:1 contrast ratio is evident in the deep black levels which makes the colors pop even more. 3. Fan is relatively quite. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the fan is. 4. 2 HMI Ports are great since I need to plug in my computer and nintendo switch. 5. Great throwing distance. I was most nervous about prior to buying a projector since I live in a small space. At a distance of about 8 feet, the unit can produce a 80 inch image. Cons 1. No lens cap. I can already see a little bit of dust has collected. Not sure if this will affect the performance or longevity of the unit. 2. No horizontal keystone correction but there is vertical keystone correction. 3. Speakers are almost unusable. Luckily, there is an audio out port. I usually use a bluetooth speaker connected to my computer as the sound source. In conclusion, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I took off one star due to the cons I mentioned but I do think the pros and price point outweigh the cons. The longevity and cost of ownership of the unit remain to be seen. This unit is a great projector a for small place and first-time projector owner.
Service wasn't the fastest (took a week to process and a week for shipping), but it was functional and professional. I had a small issue with my order and customer support was very responsive.
First order placed and was shipped to another state, called customer service and had it redirected to me by overnight. It arrived damaged and called back, spoke with the same rep who set my expectations imeditately and resolved the issue with a replacement which was overnighted to me. 4 stars is for the first shipping issues five stars for their customer service
A very straightforward experience.
I have 2 BenQ monitors that I bought new and they have been flawless and fantastic even years down the line. It's an excellent brand and I'd absolutely buy new again. Beware possible costs when dealing with refurbished systems. I recently bought my first refurbished BenQ monitor from their BenQDirect shop and the RMA process kills much of the discount if you encounter any problems. Just had to pay $70 to ship a defective monitor back (22lb package)

A bit confusing to order the projector since it said I was "pre-ordering" it which implied that the projector was not yet ready to sell. However I was pleasantly surprised when it showed up in just a few days and it works beautifully.

Lamp exploded in my BENQ 2150ST projector. Replacement BENQ lamp cost ~ $200. Doh! Replacement lamp works fine, but seems way overpriced.
