Bad experienced. I bought the refurbished monitor and they sent me damaged one.

The unit I purchased arrived without leveling adjustment feet. I spoke with Andy Lazar who was very helpful. He sent an email to Eric Lo asking him to send me feet for the unit. Eric Lo sent emails stating that this unit is only designed for overhead installation and is not designed for tabletop use, thus the reason it was shipped without feet. After several emails back and forth I became frustrated and asked for Mr. Lo's supervisors contact info. I was told that Mr. Lo is the manager of his area and what he says is final. I took pictures of the unit with makeshift feet using bolts from a hardware store. After I sent the pictures showing the problem, Mr. Lo found feet that fit the unit, and I purchased the feet. I feel the feet should have been included with the unit and that I should not have needed to make a separate purchase for them. I was very disappointed that I was made to feel as if I was stupid and had purchased the wrong machine for my application. I have rented this same unit from companies over the years and have been extremely impressed with BenQ products. I hope this is an isolated incident. Thank you.

Very quick service and customer care help. The projector is just what you need to convert your home into a mini theater.

The website felt dated but my order processed without issues. It took about 2 days from when I placed the order to when it shipped (ordered before 7am EST on a Monday) so I was a little disappointed by that. It then arrived in about 4 business days which was to be expected. When the package arrived I was shocked to see the projector was shipped without an additional box so everyone knew exactly what it was while in transit and on my porch. The box was also in very poor shape and appeared to have been previously returned. Luckily the projector and contents were in good shape.

got a defective unit- called support they setup and rma right away and offered swap or return. Sean was very helpful .

had a hiccup where product was signed by and kept in my apartment's leasing office without me knowing while I was away for a few days, but ultimately fedex called them and informed me where product was. otherwise product (refurb monitor) came shipped intact and hasn't had major problems so far.

When it comes to consul gaming I think that the BenQ is the best first step anyone could take into monitors. When I got my BenQ I could see the difference in my playing immediately with faster movements and getting reaction time. It makes even the worst graphic games like Pubg look good with its graphic output and its 60 frame load speed. Making it perfect for xbox and anyone who plays it.

These two items were purchased for my employer, The Public Library. BENQ was great about taking our tax exempt status. Shipment was free and the items came pretty quickly.

At first, I only bought one monitor. I liked it so much and thought it was such a great product for the right price, that I ended up buying 2 more monitors for my brothers.

Purchased a projector about a month ago. Came very well packed and was very easy to configure and set up. I'm not an AV snob, this met all our expectations for XBOX and Netflix. I would recommend this company - and when needed, currently plan to purchase from them again.

It has been three weeks since I placed my order and it is still in process phase.One has responded to my email about getting an update on my order. Edit: I did get a call and was able to complete my order.

The shipping is the worse. They proceed the payment so long nd promised the shipping on the next following day. Then it won’t be sent till....7 days later.

The monitor I bought was broken when it was arrived. I took photos of broken parts and emailed about it, but no one replied and i felt ignored. Terrible packing and service. I will never use Benq again.

Great monitor for the cost. Even backlight, crisp colors. Black isn't very deep but isn't distracting. Good monitor.
