Great service from start to finish. Was bit disappointed as there were couple items that were unavailable after ordering. However that was supply issue everywhere not down to this company. As soon as item was available they contacted me and delivered straightaway. Would definitely recommend them and also when doing my ensuite next ,will be going back to order
Website misleading with delivery time scales. Once paid and money taken out of bank account within minutes. What was advertised as 5-7 working days was actually 4-6 weeks. Disappointing.

I ordered a Shower Tray from Bathroom Planet on 31st Jan 2022 for £408. It showed as in stock on their website, with an estimated delivery of 2-5 working days. The following day, I received an email stating that the item was out of stock and would not be back in stock for an estimated 4-6 weeks. Had I have known this at the time, I never would of placed the order. I was given the option to put the shower tray on back order, or receive a refund. I chose the refund due to time constraints for my project. 1 week later and I had still not received a refund for my shower tray. I emailed Bathroom Planet and advised that I was unable to purchase another shower tray until I received the money they owed me and asked if they could process my refund that day. I received a quite abrupt reply from Bathroom Planet, stating that if I read their terms and conditions, all refunds will be processed in 14 working days, and as I cancelled my order on 1st Feb, they have until 18th Feb to refund me. They went on to say 'We shall process your refund paper work today and this shall be added to our payment run on Friday 11th February, this shall be refunded within 9 working days'. My question here is, why was refund paperwork not processed as soon as I cancelled my order?? Given that the error was on their part (selling an out of stock item and not being honest about the lead time on their website) I think it is unacceptable to make a customer wait 14 working days (or longer) for their money back. This company is underhanded, untrustworthy and deceitful and their accounts department are a liability. I urge anyone reading this review, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I just wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time and money.

Places my order and paid £11 delivery as it was due in 2-4 days. Two weeks later nothing arrived. I emailed and was told it would be another 2 weeks. Had to cancel the order

Took the money and then advised of a 4 week wait as goods out of stock. 4 weeks has not yet elapsed so I can't elaborate further. Subsequently the goods arrived safely within the 4 weeks advised.

Quick to answer my initial query before ordering. Items were speedily delivered. There was one missing Item but once reported it was quickly rectified with no hassle. Excellent service and the best available price for this quality shower screen. I Would definitely use this company again.
Lovely tap turned up quickly
Positive experience. Ordered a Vitra Valarte toilet seat online on the 11/2/22. Sent an e-mail to Bathroom Planet 14/2/22 asking re delivery date. Got a reply the same day stating 16/2/22 between 0800 and 6pm. About 0730 on 16/2/22 I got a call from the courier that he would be with me in about 15-20 minutes. Fortunately, I was in so I received the item. There was a dent in the card box packaging. The courier allowed me to see the item out of the package before he left. It appeared intact. It was earlier than 8am, but I was pleased that I did not have to stay in the whole day.
