Ordered items 23 January. They helpfully advised they did not have stock but would likely have stock 23 February which would have been OK. Had to chase them on 28 Feb when they sent one part of three. Chased again for the important part- the toilet, which was delivered 2 March but they sent a completely different toilet, not even a wall hung model as ordered. The issue now is that our plumber is currently fitting out the bathroom and now we have no toilet. Bathroom Planet are unable to assist over the phone so you have to email them constantly. I have been advised the incorrect order will be collected at some stage and only then will their accounts team look to provide a refund, they can't even confirm whether their £35 delivery charge will be refunded. Given it has taken 6 weeks to get the wrong order I am now having to order a new toilet (obs NOT from Bathroom Planet - i do afterall want the toilet asap) and hope they process a refund soon, meantime I am £300 out of pocket and will No doubt need to chase the refund down too. I would advise shopping elsewhere, at least you get to speak to someone if you have a problem with your order and shipping is free in most other places.
Great service delivered quickly packed well and driver followed instructions. Will definitely use them again. Would recommend bathroom planet.

Great experience using Bathroom Planet. Order was easy enough like any other site, but delivery was pretty quick which was good considering we had a similar vanity on order from another vendor which fell through a week and half ago.
Able to talk to someone on the phone and they were very helpful. Of the 2 items I ordered one a vanity arrived on time but was damaged so could not be installed but I have photographed the damage and they will get back to me about a replacement. The packaging of the Vanity bathroom unit was poor and the handles in the cardboard casing would not support the unit's weight so tore, therefore making it a 2 man delivery job from the truck but there was only one person. For the second item, the Roca bathroom thermostatic tap, when I rung about not being on the delivery consignment I was told it would be a month late so I had to cancel it and order from another supplier. So unfortunately I have paid out approx £1,000 and not received any items I can install in my bathroom and my plumber is going mad. A great shame after being able to talk to your staff.
Very important wasn’t told had to wait in all day for delivery.lost 5 hours at work. One item missing was told l would have to wait in 3 days later,no phone calls on either delivery.No response when I said I needed the other item the next day, I just think once they have your money they are not bothered.
Price of the toilet seat was competitive. In fact the cheapest overall,I seem to recall, for a slow close. However, cannot understand why postage was over £10? Expected it to come double wrapped (or some other form of additional protection) for the high postage but nothing extraordinary at all. In fact the manufacturers box had two holes in the box when it arrived which looked like impact with sharp edges. Thankfully no damage especially as toilet seats cannot be returned. Also no two hour time slot just an all day wait. Thankfully the chap turned up just past 8am. So product price very good 👍! Postage charges too high in my opinion. Would I use again? If they have the part I need of course. Communication was good as was speed of payment and invoice.

Very disappointed that my new £300 toilet came and the fixing plate to the cistern was missing ,which my plumber has had to go and source from Screwfix so he could fit it .plus there were no caps to cover the screws that fit the toilet down and the fact there was 4 holes and only 2 screws supplied .Also the toilet seat was not of high standard .All in all not worth the money

All items delivered on time unfortunately one of the items had a problem but contacted Bathroom Planet and received replacement within a few days. Excellent service would recommend using this company and I shall be keeping their details on file.
Twice waited for delivery of a bath tap and told it would be delivered on specific dates, nothing arrived, still waiting. They don’t provide tracking on their order’s deliveries so you have no way of knowing where your order is. I’ll likely avoid using this company again.
