Very disappointed as my money for a product was taken, after a week I was informed that the product was not available. Still haven't received a refund!!

Ordered a product over £500 was told in stock. Two days later I was informed now not in stock. Asked for a refund which then took over a week to even confirm a refund had been given. Will never use again.

I needed a new tap for our bathroom as the the tap on the basin was leaking, so I needed a replacement urgently. I placed my order online and requested in the comments box that I required it ASAP and the new tap was with me within 48 hours, fantastic!!!

Item was delayed for a day due to being damaged on arrival at the warehouse , delivered next day .
Bathroom planet demonstrated professionalism as well as attentiveness.Despite a problem with my order relating to the provider sending them the wrong goods, they managed to resolve within a reasonable time with one employee assigned to my case and consistently updating me on its progress. The product eventually arrived in good condition i.e. as advertised. I would buy from them again.
