Did not realise when I ordered that delivery required me to be in. Got notice on the Monday that delivery would be between 08.00 and 18.00 on the Wednesday and that additional charges could apply if I was not in to sign for it. Waited in but no one turned up. Phoned on the Thursday to find out what was happening. Today, Friday , at 12.02, I get text to says goods will arrive between 13.44 and 14.44, so i have to be away from work again. Delivery made 14.20, so I guess second time lucky. Should I be due compensation for this?

Only because I can’t give no stars or less, I ordered as bathroom screen and had my pregnant wife who was days away from her due date waiting in all day, too paranoid that if she went for a Lie down that she wouldn’t get to the door in time, for it only not to arrive, I contacted them explaining my wife’s state and how annoyed I was that I wasn’t contacted as to why it wasn’t being delivered, was given an excuse of it being damaged and it will be sent out the next a day, again she Waite by the front door all day for it not to arrive and no explanation, I email to say how furious I was and wanted a refund straight away, a week later and I’m still waiting, I would avoid this tin pot company if I was you

The adviser Steve who helped me was great, he managed to help purchase the correct item. The item arrived very quickly and I was able to fit it without any issues, I would definitely recommend Bathroom Planet to friend and family.
I have paid in July 2021 and never received confirmation of my order or any other communication and never received my article. No messages were received in my junk folder either.

Cowboys – On the 5th August I ordered an arm for my shower head and a toilet roll holder On the 6th August I received an e-mail stating that the toilet roll holder was out of stock (It clearly was not as that arrived in good time, no mention of issues with the shower head arm) Finally on the 1st September I received the shower head arm, however the box was battered and on opening the box I found clear damage to the chrome work – Scratched in a number of places (a heavily battered box and a damaged arm - clearly someone elses return) On the Monday 13th September I wrote to Bathroom Planet asking them to consider a price reduction due to the damage found (I can hide the damage but that is not the point, I had been sent someone else's reject) On Thursday 16th September Bathroom Planet finally contacted me regarding my request for a price reduction asking me to bear with them and that they would be in-touch in 24 hours On Thursday 23rd September (7 days later) I finally received a reply from Bathroom Planet saying “Thank you for your email. Apologies in the delay in getting back to you. We can see you got you Ceiling arm delivered on 1st September. As per our terms and conditions “Within 24hrs of delivery you must open all packaging and fully inspect all goods for any damage, any claims for damaged goods or wrong goods supplied must be notified to us by e-mail with pictures within 48hrs. Unless we have notification within this time period we will not be liable for any claims made for damaged goods.” I appreciate that I took almost two weeks to contact them about the arm but for Bathroom Planet to; Provided me with a damaged item that appears to have previously been returned to Bathroom Planet by another customer and then to not accept responsibility Flatly decline a refund (What £10 quid would have done!!) and possibly break UK rules on refunds, am no expert but info available on line suggests I am entitled to a full refund up to one month after purchase Taking the P**s they have a *24h rule for the buyer yet have no issues about taking over a week to answer a simple request from the customer (even though they promised that they would be in touch in 24 hours - I waited a 7 further days for a response From the start Bathroom Planet provided muddled delay information These guys clearly have organisation issues. If considering making a purchase you need to ask yourself if they are trustworthy of your order. Can you be bothered / is it worth the hassle if somehting does go wrong? – Avoid is my advice

Works for me, given a date between 3 to 4 weeks and it arrived on week 4, one part went AWOL but was found and redirected within 3 days, I required an extra skirt for my shower base, they sent a whole extra shower base kit!! Worth putting into your telephone directory
