Ordered and paid for two items neither shown as out of stock. Received an email two days later saying the items were out of stock and would not be in for 2-3 weeks. When they failed to arrive after that delay went on their website and showing as in stock. When asking them why I hadn’t got them they said the items were still out of stock and delayed a further 3 weeks. I asked for a refund which was agreed. Their policy for refunds is up to 14 days. It has now gone past that time and refund not arrived. Overall really poor.
Such prompt service, exactly the right product and the delivery man called three times to make sure I found the parcel! Excellent!

Given the other rather polarised reviews, I was a little wary of placing an order with Bathroom Planet. They did, however, have in stock the toilet seat I was looking for. So I went ahead and ordered. There was a prompt confirmation of my order, and, later the same day, another email with the date the order would be delivered. At 08.30 a.m. on the appointed day, a very cheerful driver delivered my order. All good ! Thank you.
ordered / arranged Delivery / paid for shower tray. To be then contacted several days later and told item wasn’t in stock! Why the delay/why is stock levels on your website not correct? It was alright for you to take the payment from me immediately but took 12 days to return the money to my account!
Good service product as expected
Still haven't got the item after 7 days. No delivery date, no tracker so can't be sure when to be in. Item could be great. Organisation not so much.

Ordered a toilet pan & seat. Was told 3 days later that it was out of stock & would be 2-3 weeks. They did offer a refund. When I asked for an immediate return of my money I got a very curt email telling me to refer to their T & C. If a supplier cannot honour the goods through their fault, I shouldn’t have to wait 14 days for a refund. Not impressed!!!

Received damaged item and an Item says in stock but takes couple weeks to receive. I sent many emails but they just read what they want. I chose this website over other websites but I regret big time. I am waiting for my refunds.
Incomplete order with offered weeks delay on availability. Had to split the order (extra admin for me) and still awaiting partial refund 14 days later. Please be promt on these things.
Best price for the close coupled toilet I was looking for, and quick delivery, although it didn't arrive until the day after the advised delivery time, and the courier had no tracking facility.
