Ordered two taps, only one arrived. Took eleven days of messaging back and forth for them to fulfil my order. they are more interested in me sending a photo of the tap ive got rather than sending me the missing one id already paid for. wont be using this company again

Customer Update service could be improved. I had to chase 12 days after placing order, tho arrived 2 days later

Very poor....promised delivery not met...cancelled order still waiting for refund Grrrrr!!!!

ordered a toilet seat i received in email saying they couldn’t locate the property, then when they tried to re deliver i received an email saying that my order was damaged and they have re scheduled again. still have not received have sent multiple emails but no response. do not use!

Service was excellent handled by a very pleasant young lady,shower valve delivered well wrapped I wished I could say the same in finding a plumber thats not booker up till the year dot

The item I ordered was delivered quickly and was 'as ordered' - and at a good price.

Only 1 out of 3 items delivered. No warning of shortage and I have to wait 24hrs to find out if this is due to damage or stock out. Would be one start, but staff seem genuinely keen to help and very polite. Sadly this does not change the fact I have a plumber and nothing to plumb.

I ordered a bath, it turned up cracked and the replacement is cracked also The packaging is poor. So not surprised this happens. This is causing real delays with my builder . It's very irritating

Ridiculously expensive delivery cost and I still don’t have what I bought and no idea when it will arrive.

Emailed to check all items were in stock was advised that they were ordered. Delivery was very quick however per of my order was a complete toilet only to find that they only delivered the toilet seat and sent me an email saying the rest of the toilet is on back order no time line of how long this back order might be. Quite hard to get hold of them on the phone so emailed them and was told 3-4 weeks! So asked for a refund for this item which I was told would be done. In work one day without any notice I had a call saying someone was looking for my address to pick the toilet seat up I told them I couldn’t get home so they said they would pick it up next time in the area. Well I did ask for some notice so I can be there still waiting to hear from them and waiting for my refund

Ordered a RAK matt black toilet on 05/02/22. The toilet was delivered promptly and it was only on inspection I noticed the flush plate hadn't been delivered, I e mailed to be told it would arrive in a few day, after a week of it not arriving I e mailed again and got no reply, I rang to be told it would arrive with 7-10 days. 14 days later still no flush plate. I rang again and was advised they weren't sure when they would be coming in stock and somebody would ring me back (that was 6 days ago) so now my full bathroom has been refurbished my plumbers are long gone (and are super busy so will be a nightmare to try and get them back to install plate when it eventually arrives) 7 weeks after ordering still no flush plates and no dates of when it might arrive.
