Not had the best experience with the company, as several days after placing an order I was told it was not fit for purpose and although I was offered 10% discount on any full price item I felt it wasn't really up to scratch. Overall not impressed and sadly I would not recommend

I ordered a pair of shoes and came with damages so I ask for exchange they don't have it. They offered me 10% off with include the shipping cost if I would like to keep the shoes, which I did. Since I replied the emails say that I want to keep the shoes and got no reply for a week and refund 10% off without shipping cost, without email me or whatsoever (I got PayPal notification). I sent an email again for shipping cost and again they refund it without email me or whatsoever.

Great website in terms of selection, packaging and fast delivery. The only issue I had is applying the discount code advertised for extra10 off sale. It just would not accept it for some reason, so I ended up ordering without the 10% off since the price was fair, but I did not order the more expensive item because of it.
