Goof experience

Today was the anticipated delivery day from the UK to Canada, but after speaking with the delivery company, my order is still sitting in the UK waiting to be sent.... Even though I had received a confirmation email stating that my order has been shipped... I'm not please at all....

There was some trouble with online showing availability on an item that did not say sold out, but had no sizes to offer. I was prompted to contact customer service, which I did. There was a delay answering my question, but meanwhile I just placed an order for the only item I could get into the cart. I had wanted to wear both pieces together, but the trousers are available elsewhere at full price, so Incan still make that happen. I enjoyed the packaging and will choose Avenue 32 the next time I need to send a gift.

My refund was not processed 3 weeks after the returned goods were delivered to their warehouse, I wrote an e-mail asking for help and I didn't receive any response. I had to call customer services and I received incorrect info that the refund was process and only when I asked for the exact amount refunded the lady on the line said it seems to be an issue with this refund and that she will get back to me... I hope I will not have to call in again in couple of days....

Vat number to request,then to write.so 2 times i should invest my time.it's easy to stick the return label and that's it.

I received very helpful, courteous customer service from Avenue 32 and fantastic overseas delivery. My only issue was that I would have appreciated more details on the size and fit of my purchase, which I think would have prevented both the purchase and the necessary return. Product dimension, especially where the garment is meant to be fitted against the body, would be helpful. The service was wonderful and I will certainly be back!
