Item arrived very quickly in requested packaging and was just as described. Very pleased with my transaction with Avenue32

I am a first time buyer from Avenue32 and my experience was fine. I received everything on time although I would recommend switching to DHL as a delivery service. Also, the switchboard number for Avenue32 did not always connect and I would prefer faster email response.

The buying part of the process was as smooth as it can be possible; however, since the clothes didn't really suit me I encountered that the return process is not that simple. I contacted customer service last week for a RN number and still haven't heard back. For an online retailer returns is as important part of the experience as shopping itself. And so far it was rather frustrating

I took a star off as shipping was expensive compared to other companies I normally use and it took too long to dispatch the item so all in all I paid for express service but delivery took more than 2-5 days which Avenue 32 promises… I took another star off as when i needed to return an item they didnt respond to my emails I had to call them twice and UPS didnt show up for the first appointment then I had to call them again and rearrange. it was not great I had to stay in all morning on both days but it worked the second time. Great website, nice collections and I was happy with my purchase and customer service.
