Although most of the things on this site are too expensive to my budget, i still think this is the best online shopping site with very good customer approach. The listed items are from the top designers/brands all over the world. I prefer to buy here one item instead of buying 10 from other places.

Really happy with my dress, had searched for it online and couldn't find it. Avenue 32 not only had it in stock but was a better price. Arrived within days. Will order from them again.

This is the third time I have ordered from Avenue 32, and just like previous times, the item delivered was as described, perfect fit, arrived a day after I had ordered and the packaging was beautiful (at no extra cost!). 2tk

When I placed my first order on the site, they shipped the wrong product, and it took several days for customer service to sort things out. In that time, I was concerned that the product I ordered would go out of stock before they got back to me, so it was a bit frustrating. I did appreciate the relative ease of returns. There is a packet with return shipping and necessary forms in the box, though you do still have to contact them for a return number. In the end, they did ship my correct order before waiting for my return to arrive, so I wasn't completely disappointed. I know that these things happen, so I am not deterred from shopping the site again. But I do wish that customer service would have a quicker response time, regardless of whether or not they're having a big sale at the time.

Has amazing brands that can be hard to find and super fast shipping to the USA.

I've ordered now on 2 separate occasions and I did have an issue with late delivery which the customer service team quickly followed up and called me back to confirm the item had arrived, also refunded my postage costs.

Excellent clothes, great customer service but I am not a fan of DHL. They only have a very narrow option for local pickup sites, with not very work friendly pick up times.
