The shipping/QA department failed to inspect the item, hence I received an item with a defect. I contacted the customer service and they made things right by locating the item and sending it right away. The customer service rep. I contacted through the whole process always stayed professional and made sure things were taken care of correctly.

Shipping was super fast and my dress arrived beautifully wrapped. I would definitely buy here again (and again, and again, and again).

I ordered from the initial sale mail & received my items on Monday - Thursday of the same week the ordered items are reduced further - after contacting the customer services I was advised they would rather me send back (at their cost & my inconvenience) & order again rather than just apply the extra discount ? How is this the best customer service or most sensible way to deal with a price change?!

I placed my order for shipping to Italy on friday. It was delivered on monday, early afternoon! And in the meantime the fantastic Customer Service remained in touch with me and managed to address a glitch in less than half an hour (I couldn't display the tracking number for the order). One of the best experiences I've ever had ordering online, if not the best. Highly recommended.

This was the first time I had ordered from an "oversees" on line company. I couldn't get the website to because it said it was having some kind of security issues. This kind of made me Leary but I emailed for assistance. A client service advisor by the name ofJulie Chu was so nice , patient and completely helpful. It was like talking to a favorite sales person at a dept store. I should mention that the item I wanted was only available on this site and I am more than pleased!
