I will never shop on this site again, the reason is that they charge additional duties and do not explain the reason why those duties are charged, I contacted customer service twice asking about that duties, and did not get any answer. I shop from similar sites such as net-a-porter, Farfrtch, etc and they also located in EU, and they do not have any kind of unreasonable duties. Very disappointed

Everything about this company is fantastic--the talented merchants, the customer service reps, the easy DHL returns service! The mobile web experience would be better if it indicated when an item is out of stock/sold out before users click on item to save some time, but that's a small matter. When will Avenue32 create a mobile app? I can't wait!
