I ordered this shearling vest from US, it was delivered next day. The merchandise is well made and packed delicately. I wore it to a party and received a lot of compliments.

Will not replace a faulty item. Be careful of this company, they are probably taking many innocent consumers for a ride. They lied twice to me, on the 6th of January 2016 they said that if they are unable to repair the item to a satisfactory level they would provide a replacement, however, they refused to do this. Then, on the 8th February they told me that "as the brand did not agree to replace the item it was repaired professionally however I sincerely apologise that the amendments did not meet your expectations. Whilst I appreciate the outcome is not as you had hoped for we are not able to replace or refund the item.” However, Under the Consumer Rights Act and Sale of Goods Act, it is Avenue 32's responsibility as the retailer, not the manufacturer, to replace the item. What Avenue 32 said to me is at the very least misleading, at most - a blatant lie. Avenue 32 are willingly breaking the law. Shame on them.

Loved my purchase delivery perfect although for one thing I cannot understand how other companies can ship their goods to the consumer free of charge when there spend has reached a stated amount & yet companies such as avenue32 continue to charge shipping even when the purchased item has been quite expensive.. I personally feel the consumer should benefit from a little good will from the company displayed in such a way

Avenue 32 were very helpful after my order arrived and had a slight damage they ordered the same and had it dispatched the very next day in time for my occasion!

The process was seamless. Let down only by the abrasive DHL employee who gave off to me because Avenue 32 had not provided a duplicate copy of the returns label or bar code. She then had to photocopy the label, inconveniencing her for all of about 10 secs. Apparently this was my fault though.
