I tried to return an item, but first of all DHL just picked up the order with no question about where it going... I gave them the seller code but that's it... So I asked to Avenue to confirm everything is ok... 1 week later nobody confirm me anything and nobody replied me from Avenue...Finally I receive automatic replies saying to wait 7 days... I'm just trying to know if they got the order but nothing more than automatic replies... Finally someone replied me : so sorry... we did not what happens... 11 days later I've got my refund done.

I ordered a pair of shoes that I love - but which are sadly a hair too small. I am bereft that the next size up is unavailable - that's how much i like your style. I will keep hunting and hope that someone with a smaller foot than mine needs to exchange their shoes the same way I'm exchanging mine.

Great stuff on the Avenue, superbly curated, but shipping does not work. One week from receiving a notification that my order has been shipped, I discover it is still at Heathrow. This is 9 days after having placed an order, which is to be shipped, with DHL, from England to the Nordics. Not impressed.

The delivery was super fast it took around 2-3 days only!
