Love the packaging, love how quick the delivery was. Website was very user friendly. Really like how when you hover over the magnifying glass you can see what sizes are left without having to click on the image. The only thing that was a problem (not a big deal) was returning items, I found the instructions on the information sheet hard to follow in respect to ordering a courier (DHL), and had to call up someone at Avenue 32 to figure out what to do. Perhaps when you request a return on the website, customers can be sent an email with a direct link to the correct page on the DHL site. The other thing was that I wanted was to change my size and not get a full refund but this wasn't possible, I had to reorder it (which I didn't bother to do), this is a bit frustrating especially if you want the refund in your bank before purchasing the same thing but in a different size again. The other thing that I thought could be improved were updates as to when the goods had been received from the courier, it's always helpful to be kept updated as to how things progress. Other than that I only have good things to say.

I was so disappointed. I searched everywhere for this particular bikini bottom I wanted and found it on this website. I am going on I trip I've been planning all year and 1 week before I left I got my bikini in the mail. My excitement turned to quick disappointment when I realized they sent a different one. I called and they said they are out of the one I ordered so they sent something similar. Now with only days left for my trip, I have to send this back, wait for my credit and now have no bikini bottom for my trip. 👎🏻

my dress arrived on time and outside package was very nice but when i opened the box; my "silk" dress was folded so many times; it needed a dry cleaner's professional ironing probably as silk fabric is delicate. So I couldnt wear for that night-the reason why i bought and rushed the order. other than that experience of the shopping was ok

I have ordered dress for 480$. While checkout there was no another amount. I have paid they charged my card for 624$. They said it is tax. So nobody will call you when dress arrives and tell you to pay taxes. I live in non Europe country. All European and U.K. Sites sell to us tax free items. My dress in in customs one week hold for tax payment. Site doesn't refund those amount the call "tax" me to pay . In invoice dress price written 624$ instead of 480$. Never will order from that site. Non serious site!!!
