I am a new customer and ordered a dress for a big event which I was subsequently told was not available due to 'stock discrepancy' - the refund took way too long leaving no reserves to buy another dress. I then bought another dress which was delivered to the wrong address so I ended up missing the opportunity to wear it too. Not overly impressed!
The website is excellent and the customer service is really great. I like their more personal touch than the bigger etailers like Netaporter & Matches.

The dress I purchased was discounted 24 hours after it had been received by me by 30%. I asked Avenue 32 to honour the price reduction given - it was 24 hours - as had I returned the dress and they re-sold it they would have done so with the discount applied. Their refusal to consider this is poor customer service and not in keeping with many retails outlets offering - Price matching - with a 30 day price match policy.
