Actually enjoyed the search for a mattress and the friendly and warm vibes in the store . Shane and staff certainly know his stuff and helped me to find what I was looking for . Our bed was delivered on the day that was scheduled and by the nicest young men who took extra care of our home while setting up. Courteous and fun in store rep! I knew the mattress I was thinking of buying from reviewing on the web site but didn’t tell him and just explained what I needed. He took me right to the same mattress in the store to try out. I was done with purchase and delivery schedule in minutes! Delivery was on time, very efficient as well and fun chat with the driver during delivery! 😁

Shane and Shannon, on two separate occasions, helped me find the sleep solution I was looking for, at a price I could afford, and both went out of their way to show kindness to an 81 year old lady trying to make life better for her patient.
I visited two Austin stores; the staff at both were friendly, helpful and patient, and when I found a price discrepancy, they immediately agreed to give me the lower price for the mattress I eventually bought. I also loved that there was no nickel-and-diming on other costs like delivery and removal of the old mattress; it's all included.
This is the second time I have bought a mattress from Urban mattress, and as a returning customer their service is still the best! First time I bought a mattress I had gotten a tempur-pedic, I found out that I slept very hot on it and wanted it swapped immediately. Urban mattress were understanding and initiated the process for a swap, I ended up going with one of their spring mattress which I loved! For my second time purchasing, I needed a new one since I had left my first mattress at my parent’s home. I went to Urban mattress again and Shane was able to give me a mattress in the price range I was looking for quickly. The whole process was again smooth and I received a loaner mattress while I waited for mine to arrive. The loaner process went smoothly as well and then I received my mattress two weeks after. I finally got my mattress and it’s just as comfy as my first one!

The customer service from Shannon is excellent. However, the mattress doesn’t feel as firm as the showroom example and we’re looking to exchange it. Shannon has already reached out to us to address the issue.
