James provided excellent customer service. Very easy process. Loved that they had a loaner mattress before the new one was ready. Delivery was on time and they were very efficient and friendly. Love the new mattress! Will recommend to others.

The ordering process was fine. The month wait for the mattress, only to be told 5 minutes before scheduled arrival that the mattress was not in inventory and which led to another month wait - was a bit much. We appreciate the efforts to get us another mattress. Suggest that future orders include a review / inventory of the warehouse, at the time of order, in the future to avoid this for another customer

Now that I have slept on my new mattress for a bit, I can honestly say that it sleeps heavenly!! Why did I wait so long to visit Urban Mattress and Shane in Cedar Park! The delivery crew was great and on time and had it all set up in no time! Thanks to everyone to make this mattress purchase a great experience!

Store service was fine, but delivery was delayed by two days because they missed their delivery window the first scheduled day and I had to leave for work so I couldn’t wait any longer on them.

The two stars are for the fact that they finally fixed the problems they created from a simple mattress order - 1. Not placing the order/causing a two week delay 2. Drop shipping the order to the wrong state. 3. Me having to follow up several times to get it resolved.

It was a 1 visit to shop and buy. Shane checked all boxes for my sleep needs . I have had a couple of phone convos and he has answered al my concerns with knowledge and care.
