Andrew Gorman calmly took the necessary time to help me discover my sleep preferences, without pressure to buy. When I returned to a different location, Shannon helped me complete the order and find alternatives to make it work for me. Within days, I had my new mattress and could complete it with lovely bedding! It is such a comfortable mattress! I especially like that I can deeply sleep without fears of toxic fumes, as it is made from individually wrapped springs, micro coils, natural latex and lamb’s wool. Overall, a serious and service oriented local mattress provider, with a great team. I’ll be back!

Bought a queen size from Urban Mattress a year ago that I love, so when I needed a king size for my new place I headed back to Urban Mattress. After a bit of discussion with the sales rep, I opted for the same model (Silver Lake) but went firm instead of plush this time. Was delivered a few weeks later, delivery people came when they said they would, were fast, friendly, and even hauled my existing queen mattress upstairs for me. My initial five-star experience is why I came back, and I got the same five-star experience this time.

Easy going, straightforward sales person. Problems with some delivery, but in the end, very satisfied with product.

So far, we are pleased with the mattress. We were NOT pleased with the confusion and delay in receiving our purchase. The delivery was efficient once the mattress finally arrived ... almost a month after we paid for it.

We’ve been repeat customers of urban mattress for a long time and have always been happy with the sales process as well as the mattresses. Unfortunately our latest purchase has not met with their usual standards- the mattress has a terrible offgassing smell and the adjustable frame has yet to be ready and delivered (into week three now I think). The mattress will get returned, and remaining part of the order cancelled. unfortunately they are not making it an easy process. I will update this review once that has been completed.

Staff is completely helpful in helping me make my decisions about the various types of mattresses. Staff members who delivered my purchase and removed my old mattress were also very friendly and kind to ‘this old woman’.

Shane went above and beyond on the Sales Process. We had to have a Saturday delivery and not only did he make it happen he delivered it himself.
