We needed two twin mattresses for our grandkids. Urban Mattress Owner Shane and his team found exactly what we needed and then delivered them sooner than promised. This was our third purchase from Urban...we will shop nowhere else!

Selection was great and Shannon was friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery was wonderful. The three men who delivered were courteous and extremely efficient.

No joke, this is easily some of the best money I’ve ever spent. I’ve had my Bloom Camellia bed for about 1 month now, and every single time I lay down I am absolutely floored at how comfortable the mattress is. It’s truly perfect. I hadn’t bought a new mattress in nearly a decade, so I was nervous to go to a big showroom and face pressure from some salesman. To my delight, I walked in and was immediately helped by an associate Andrew, who took all the time I needed to help me find what works with no pressure. I told him kind of what I liked, and he helped me narrow down my must-haves and pick what would work best for me. Not only was I impressed with how well he translated my wants, he picked up on some things I didn’t even realize were important, specifically in choosing the right size mattress for me and my space. This is all reason enough to go here, but even better is that it’s a local store and not a national chain, the mattress I bought specifically was made to order and delivered right to my room in less than 2 weeks. I never thought I’d be this excited by a mattress, but here we are. Absolutely check this place out and treat yourself to a good night’s sleep. (Hey, even my cat loves it)

Overall good mattress buying experience! Matress is great so far. Delivery was very smooth. And they even gave us a loaner mattress for 2 weeks while we were waiting for our new one. Would recommend!

I purchased the Purity Mattress (Oak) in Firm and have had nothing but issues with this bed. The core spring was too small when delivered and the motion transfer issue is severe. It is by far the worst I've ever experienced on a mattress. If a pin drops, the entire mattress shakes like jello. I wake up multiple times every night when my partner shifts positions. BEWARE if you share a bed; unless you are a very deep sleeper, you will be woken up. As a side note, it is also strange that the website does not allow me to submit a review for the specific mattress (even though there is a place to do so).

Shannon was helpful and knowledgeable and helped us evaluate different options. Good follow up after sale through delivery and set up. Delivery staff professional and courteous!

Like coffee shops, there are mattress stores on every corner. Owner Shane Deike has trained his staff to know, understand and acknowledge what's most important to the customer. They lead with value and not with their product. These guys are good.
